“I bought a 2 tickets for Horizon of Khufu on Fever , i turned on time but my friend did not turn up early and the experience was no longer allowing in any more people because of the time . They told me to reach out to their customer service and they will reschedule it for us, hence I did . The customer service assistant told me that they do not issue refunds , however I can gift the ticket to a friend or relative , according to their t/ca, then after a month, I now passed my mum’s details to them, then the respond I got was that they don’t issue refunds . I responded back and informed them , that the response I got earlier was different, as it clearly states I can gift it, which is what I did, then they got back to me saying as it’s in May I got that response , they won’t issue any refunds . I was astonished , hence if not resolved internally, I will be contacting the financial ombudsman. Terrible experience , I was shocked”

It mentions you can't buy tickets on the door either. So purchased 2 tickets for 1 year olds just incase. Told at the venue didn't need to buy them and will be refunded, to then contact fever and be told they don't issue refunds in their t&C's.

“I bought an item of merchandise from the gift shop at a Fever event, the item is faulty and Fever are refusing to refund or replace the item. They also refuse point blank to give me the details of the company that supply their merchandise or help me in any way at all.”
“I bought tickets for a group of nurses to attend an event which due to Covid, we had to cancel. We had paid £330 for our tickets and we could not get refund. Instead, Fever agreed to keep our credit to be used in future. We manged to use £116.40 of our credit. We then booked another event for £159.00 which unfortunately due to falling sick with Covid we had to cancel the event. A few months later when tried to rebook another event we realised the £159.00 was never credited back.
When contacted the team regarding our cancellation, they said they had no evidence of cancellation and asked us for cancellation reference that was never issued. While the issue was due their system fault, they really didn't want to put any effort to rectify the issue. After many emails back and for they confirmed having £24.60 Voucher as well as £6.09 in the wallet that both could be used to purchase for any events" the email confirmation did not emphasis on any expiry date of this credit. A few months later when tried to use the remaining £30.69. We were told that the vouchers were expired. This is real rip off
While most decent companies showed appreciation for nurse’s hard work during the Covid Pandemic and were offering nurses discounts and free tickets to many events, Fever robbed £189.69 from us nurses.
Please avoid Fever there are far better companies to book tickets than this scam.”
