I mistakenly selected the wrong time for an event and emailed fever.com who promptly responed on a Sunday and resolved the error for be to rebook the same event at the time I wanted at no extra cost

I really appreciate firstly such swift response to my request and on a Sunday evening at 9pm. Also for your kind flexibility in helping me even though I am not entitled to an exchange. I will only use fever for future ticket purchases. It's refreshing that some companies are accessible and flexible. I could not recommend you highly enough.

I was transferred by mistake both tickets I both, the costumer service helped me to find out what happens because I didn’t found it. Thank you. We enjoy the Fans Star Wars strike backs .

Only been to one concert recently, but already booked our second, had a really good experience. Had a problem with my second booking (my fault) but have to say the customer service was excellent and sorted out my problem very quickly. Highly recommend!

We booked and paid for two concert tickets recently. Fever has such a poor/ dishonest reputation. The concert never occurred and Fever failed to notify a large number of purchasers. To make matters worse they refused to refund and simply tell lies about monies due. Do yourself a favour. Stay away from this organisation. Disappointed and dishonesty is something you should expect.
