Used your live chat and received a quick response but then had to carry on the chat via email which made me concerned and nearly caused me to cancel my order. Tried first to use the 'contact us' but you have to have a ticket number; no email means no ticket number so that blocked my initial contact. All resolved quickly and efficiently in the end”
