I was panicking thinking I’d lost receipts for tickets. Fever replied very quickly and effectively and made me feel much calmer.

I was please to know I will be able to enjoy part of the show apart from the VR section . However I was not told what there is to see apart from the VR experience. No worries it will be a surprise.

They were quick to offer an exchange voucher when the date had to be changed. Although a little annoying that you have to download the app in order to change the date.

I had a very good experience with fever.com I had booked the tickets for van gogh the imersive experience and the timings was wrong on it but fever.com was very quick to sort it out once I emailed them about it

Used the service for the first time and had an issue as the tickets did not come through to my email. Checked spam, not there either. Used your live chat and received a quick response but then had to carry on the chat via email which made me concerned and nearly caused me to cancel my order. Tried first to use the 'contact us' but you have to have a ticket number; no email means no ticket number so that blocked my initial contact. All resolved quickly and efficiently in the end

I needed to change the date of my tickets and found it very difficult to do on line without a phone call to the support team in madrid.
