Fever customer service is awesome! I could not attend one of the events I booked through Fever due to unforeseen circumstances and they were so helpful to issue a voucher to rebook for another day. They turned a rather disappointing day into a happier one. Thank you! Joan

The customer service is awesome. My refund was back in my account within 48hrs. I will be booking everything through them in the future. Highly recommended

My Partner and I were on our way to the "Friends Experience" and our car broke down. There was no way we would have the car fixed in time for our slot. I contacted Fever over the phone and spoke to the customer advisor Eduardo, he could not have been more helpful. He cancelled our time slot and emailed me a voucher so I could book to go to the ,"Friends Experience" on another day. He was so lovely and polite, a great asset to the company 🙂

I had originally purchased tickets, but asked to upgrade them. The email service was so fast, and resolved this very promptly. Brilliantly customer service, highly recommend this company. Thank you.
