I had to cancel an exhibition at short notice. ( less than 48hours).Fevers response was amazing.Responded straight away .. Issued a voucher to re book. Great service .. thank you .

I have been told I would get email assistance within 60 minutes to rearrange etickets - I cannot yet give 5 stars as it has not yet been 60 minutes and I've not received anything.

First time customer and Customer Service was brilliant. They resolved my issue quickly (my own fault - a date muddle up) and were friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how easy it was to use. I would use Fever again for sure.

My Ticket said the show had been cancelled. I was not compensated or told. I have sent a letter and filled forms but still have not hear a thing

On Sunday I purchased a ticket for my disabled partner and messaged Fever through the App to ask for a complimentary ticket for myself as his career. They acknowledged my request immediately and, the next day, I had a voucher for a complimentary ticket waiting for me. Brilliant service!
