“I needed to make a small change to my reservation, less than 12 hours after making it. It ended up costing me $20 to make the change and, after reading and re-reading the FAQs, it was not clear why. I wasn't able to get through by phone, but 3 different customer service reps responded quickly to questions I submitted online by copying/pasting excerpts from the FAQs. One rep named Samuel included a crying emoji with his response. I won't use this platform again.”
“I missed my event due to my baby being sick and I couldn't have asked for a better service from fever.
I informed an agent on the night and I was issued with a voucher for the full amount to rebook my event.
I'll be using fever from now on and definitely recommend their services.”
“Couldn’t attend a concert because of train strikes, they let me exchange my tickets for a later performance even at very short notice. Fantastic customer service!!”
“DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THAT VENDOR. Fever is a scam and should be treated as such. Absolutely discussed with their customer service. Never buy, absolute waste of money and space.”
“I accidentally canceled the ticket and purchased a new one which is lower price as I thought I will get left credit. unfortunately, I cant get full amount as I paid.”
“I accidentally booked wrong time and I had to ask for changing promply after this mistake - I’ve sent my request for changing at 23:00 and received the answer after one hour later. Good service - very quick, helpful and effective 👍 thanks”
“My wife and I decided to purchase VIP tickets to a New Years Eve party. We paid over $600 to attend what we thought would provide us with a table and chairs to sit at. We thought for that cost we'd have top shelf alcohol. We thought the Soiree show would be an actual show as their advertisement suggested. What we got? No table. No chairs. Bottom of the barrel alcohol. And the show was one woman that sat on a swing.
After I requested credits for future events on the very next day, the denied after 3 weeks of back and forth calls and emails.
DO NOT WASTE ONE DOLLAR on ANY of their events. Our New Years Eve was ruined by a very poor attempt at the biggest party of the year.”
“This company will not get another penny from me. I was advised to reserve a written transcript for "Seeing Auschwitz" as I wouldn't be able to access the spoken words on my phone from the QR codes. Unfortunately, Customer Services were completely uncooperative, and I just kept getting fobbed off. After several attempts, I gave up. I couldn't contact anyone, I couldn't get a refund, my ticket was wasted.”
