Fab company , I had booked the wrong time by mistake, I emailed them and they responded immediately. I was send instructions on my refund and simple instructions on how to rebook. I’m not at all a lover of booking online but I would definitely use this company again

Terrible customer service!!!!!! We purchased tickets for our 7 year old nephew. Took the day off work as did his parents. Showed up only to be turned away saying it was closed... we DID NOT get an email saying so. We emailed customer support seeing what they could do for us and all they did was say they would refund us the money as their BIG gesture.... like that's the bare minimum, I would have expected an apology and discounted tickets. But I guess that's too much to ask for a service that obviously cares or knows nothing about customer service. It's sad, don't even care about the money, more that this 7 year olds birthday was completely ruined. So thanks FEVER, thanks for that.

I accidentally purchased the same tickets twice after the system seemingly didn’t confirm the first order. I contacted customer services and within an hour I had a full refund. Excellent service from Fever.

I accidentally purchased the wrong tickets and the customer service team were excellent in helping me change them. Swift responses, all the info and help I needed and I got the correct tickets within minutes of asking for help.

The performance was fabulous but the candlelight experience simply did not exist. There were lots of candles which was great, but whilst some of the lights in the venue were extinguished, many were left on. Musically it was the same experience as seeing the performer in a hotel environment, which generally is at no cost, or less than the feverup ticket price. I was hoping for a magical experience given the promo photographs, but not to be.

I enquired about the time that might be spent at the experience and received a speedy, helpful response clarifying the situation for me with courtesy and warmth. So I was enabled to happily book for my two grandchildren to enjoy this experience with us next week.
