I made a mistake when buying my tickets as I didnt check the date of my booking before completing the purchase. I was assisted by a online assistant and Pedro, that was very helpful and quickly helped me to sort it out and corrected the date. It means I will go to sleep without worring about it. Thank you

I have needed to reschedule my ticket for the Van Gogh experience unexpectedly. I had a query which was answered efficiently by online chat and email and my new ticket is now sitting safely in my Fever app. All pretty painless and I'm looking forward to going on the new date.

I crossed wires with my friend and accidentally bought a ticket for the van Gogh experience when she had already bought me one. I sent a refund request to Fever and they processed it within the hour. Good service!

I purchased two tickets for a concert from Fever but new something had gone wrong when I got no confirmation Email or tickets on my app. I contacted Fever via email and got superb help from Daniel and Minsoo to try and rectify the problem. I only had to wait a short time between emails until we came to the decision that the transaction had not gone through. I was very happy with the company and will not hesitate to use them again.

I was looking forward to seeing the disney exhibition, but came down with covid.i asked if there was anything Fever could do .they kindly issued me an exchange voucher so i could go on the Fever app and reschedule .I wasn't charged anything for this great service and would reccomemd using this company to anyone .Great customer service from a fab company .
