“Dimitri was superb in helping me to locate which email address I'd used to originally buy the tickets I was searching for, and, once I was able to do that, he sent me a copy of the original confirmation email I received when I bought them (they also magically appeared when I logged into the Fever app using the correct email) - top marks to Dimitri for his expert "live chat" help and patience !!”
