“Very ease to book a ticket, On arrival I was really nervous about attending something total new, I told staff this was due to my Autism, they were really good and took me to my seat, and said if it gets too much staff would be on hand to help,At the end of the concert a staff member came to check on me,and we stayed and talked while the church emptied.”

“I have had a back injury and wasn’t able to attend my Vivaldi event and contacted Fever. I had a very pleasant experience with Paula A that tried her best to rebook the ticket, being very understanding of the situation. I received a voucher that gave me the freedom to book it in a few months, which was simply the best as I wasn’t sure when my back will be ok again. I must add their communication skills it is very good and they all are profesional, polite, having an emphatic approach and a very good customer service. I was very happy at the thought that I will have another chance to see the concert.
