“Absolutely shocking customer service after they’re being no sound at an event on the night. took over a month to get a response from the customer services only need to be offered a £10 voucher. There is no way I would ever spend more money with this company.
Be careful ordering tickets from these as if anything is wrong on the night. Do not expect any information or communication from the shocking company.”
“I understand the terms and conditions. But only just noticed that I had booked 4 tickets at 2 different times and was unable to change the time on 3 of them.
So none of us are going, waste of money - you would think that dpace would have been found, tickets were not sold out so don't see a problem.”
