My experience with refunds for tickets unable to be used, has been a very positive one. Although I couldn't have a refund, I was instead credited with the amount so that I could use it for a different candlelight experience. This was acceptable, as I really enjoyed The Eagles at Gorton Abbey, and was already looking at booking another one. My query was answered promptly and courteously.

Even if I was not sure how to correctly submit a refund request, after checking the information available on the website or the app, the team replied quickly and was really helpful in finding a solution addressing my specific situation (non-UK resident holding a ticket to a London show that was cancelled).

After a technical issue with payment I contacted customer services via email. I expected the normal delay and lack of communication. I am happy to say that that I had contact I under 2 hours with a reasonable explanation. Rather pleased.

Booked tickets for 5th August but venue closing 30 July. Very disappointed. We're quick to respond that full refund on my way but does not take away from the fact we were looking forward to seeing this and had booked coach tickets to venue.
