An absolute JOKE. Avoid at all costs. Booked 2 tickets in May to see an event on July 25th 21. My partner (who I bought the tickets for as a birthday present) has spent the week in hospital, battling a kidney infection caused by a resistant strain of E. coli. He will not be discharged before the day of the event. These circumstances are completely out of my control. After emailing Fever on Wednesday 21st (plenty of time BEFORE the event) and receiving NO reply. I started messaging them on their live chat on Fri 23rd (on the app). Two different agents - Alberto + Santiago Acosta - initially replied before completely ceasing all communication. Where is the customer care and service. A week that's already been awful, worrying and distressing has been made worse by the complete incompetence of this company and the uncaring staff, if they're even real. I can't get hold of anyone and NO replies to my emails. DO NOT buy tickets from Fever. GOD, how I wish I'd read all these reviews first. What a waste of £70. Also, Trustpilot, you should allow customers to upload screenshots to illustrate the dire customer service.

This company is DIGUSTING absolute SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THEM. They do not respond to any emails. Advertise evens as something they are not and completely mis-sell events for what they are not, it's honestly an embarrassment. Even the event staff working said they were shocked. I paid for good view tickets I can't even explain how shoddy and cheap the event was.

Bought two tickets for £84 for a one hour Vivaldi concert in Bristol, U.K. Incredibly tie address that we were given with the ticket confirmation was a small street in Clifton Bristol. The advert that was shown on Facebook was the Bristol Observatory. We drove there, about half a mile away, and it was closed!! This was a Sunday afternoon with no contact telephone number, no contact point… Nothing!! Is this a typical scam?? All conducted on the web with limited details and follow up. Absolutely furious! A wasted one hour journey along with £84!! I really wish that we had read these write-ups from other people who have been disappointed and let down. How can this be allowed to happen…. How many times to so many people?!? How do we get back at these people? My advice is not to have anything to do with these people!!!

Bought tickets advertised as an outdoor concert. A few days prior received an e mail stating "for your safety" concert is being moved indoors. Not what I signed up for! No refund available. The CDC states being outdoors is safest - so how is moving INDOORS safer? No, this was done for their convenience, not our safety. Poor operation all around, would give zero stars if possible.

We went to the Cistine Chapel event in San Antonio , Texas. When I bought the tickets, it wasn’t clear that it wasn’t really handicapped accessible. Only the first floor.

If there was an option for "0" stars that is what Fever would get. I booked an event that appeared, at the time, to be credible. 72 hours before the event I get an auto-generated e-mail stating that this "Open Air" candle lit classical concert is being moved from an outdoor event (on a beautiful, clear sky 70 degree evening) to an indoor, social-distanced, mask-required event. That is not what I bought so, of course I want a refund. They offer no legitimate contact information. All they have is a contact submit form. They reference calling them, but no phone number exists...anywhere. I submitted a form requesting a refund immediately. I have heard absolutely nothing. Today, a second automated e-mail with the same event change details. All the while, no response. I also attempted a response to the auto-generated "we received your form" e-mail (probably not monitored, but I am desperate). I finally contacted teh hosting venue. JACKPOT! Ihighly recommend that avenue, as someone there is working with FeverUp on setting up the event and THEY typically DO have a reputation to defend and a footprint in the city. The woman at the venue was fantastic and works with a lead contact at Fever for the event. She promised me service and assured me a refund would be given. Boo to FeverUp, Yay to your local business!!!

Unduly complicated procedure to book tickets, which we finally booked on a Thurs eve, July 15, having paid $120.00 plus tax for an hour of chamber music. With a week to go, we were informed that the concert has been postponed to Friday, July 16, which is not viable for us. What annoyed us especially is that there is no stated option for cash return. That is what we want: our $120.00 back;.Fever is unprofessional in the extreme and prospective concert goers deserve to be b e apprised of that.

Terrible experience. I bought tickets to a London musical for June 2021. The musical isn’t even opening until September 2021!!! I’ve contacted fever over 20 times and I get the same response over and over again. They keep saying they need to transfer the issue to a different department. And I haven’t heard from anyone at all. Not impressed at all.

I booked three tickets for the Banksy 'Genius or Vandal' exhibition in Brussels. The website claimed that it was wheelchair accessible. To our dismay, we got to the building to find that there was NO wheelchair access to get into the building. I was left sitting in my electric wheelchair in the street whilst various different members of staff ran around trying to find a solution. One kind soul even went and found a pair of old wooden shelves to use a makeshift ramp. This didn't work and one of them collapsed with me and my wheelchair on it. In the end, after much embarrassment, disappointment and frustration, we had to return home with no choice but to contact Fever for a full refund. This is simply not acceptable. You cannot state that your events are wheelchair accessible when they are not. Not everyone in a wheelchair is an independent wheelchair athlete and no one could get into that building even with a manual wheelchair, without a carer or someone else to assist them. Electric wheelchairs would never get in and are extremely heavy - far too heavy to be lifted. I wish I could say that this was the first review I have written about this, but it isn't and sadly it won't be the last. It is 2021. As a company, Fever should be considering all disabilities when organising events. It is not rocket science. Clearly, no thought whatsoever has gone into this event but sadly, this was not my first experience of events being totally ableist. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Everyone should have equal access unless absolutely impossible and if there are unavoidable limitations then these should be clearly stated on the website. Disabled visitors are not 'others' to be excluded. As this was not our first ableist experience in Brussels, we have decided to never come to an event in Brussels again. This was the last straw for us. Fever should be ashamed and I sincerely hope that they use this as a learning experience in the future.

I had the worse customer service last Saturday at the door where my partner and I were refused entry because our phone dont have QR scanner. The person on the door call Ben was not only confrontational that he told us to go out and get refund straight away, discriminating us because we didnt have qr scanner on our phones. He refused to knowledge us until eventually he agreed to refund our tickets which Im still waiting for 2 days after. Disgusting service after I have been told previously going to the event that I dont need I code and I just need my ID ticket. Im feel so disappointed with whats happen, I never feel this type of discrimination before going to an event where I payed my tickets in advance and arrived in the time required. As a customer, I already give my personal details and if the event request the QR scanner that should be advise clearly on the ticket.
