I wrote to customer service at Fever and the issue was resolved with a full refund of the second payment within the hour. I was so pleased with the service that was provided.”
“I accidentally cancelled my ticket for Disney 100 Exhibition a voucher because of issues with my back, I asked an advisor called Franco for a refund.
He said he would ask his team, and then email me. 1min after our web chat, he sends me a generic company email, saying my issue has been resolved with a voucher. It’s obvious he didn’t look in to my issue to ask management. I will be making a complaint about this to Citizens Advice.”

“I booked tickets via the Fever app for an event, however due to conflict of interest I no longer wished to attend. I believed there was only an exchange option on my tickets & only a refund option in certain circumstances. However, the team swiftly dealt with the issue & I'm very impressed considering basic retail refunds can be difficult to obtain. Will happily use Fever in future to book tickets for other events. Highly recommend.”
