“Venue not close to a tube station, and not easy to find. Staff good, experience good, best thing for me was the VR experience into Monet's world. Loved it! I need a refund of one ticket out of 5 as one person could not attend due to a medical emergency - my query is being looked at and I am waiting for a further response in this matter.”
“Very prompt reply to my query and resolved without fuss. I would just suggest that having one ticket already displayed in the full price section can be misleading if you aren't booking for that, I was caught out by it when just booking for two 65+ tickets.”
“I accidentally purchased an extra ticket for a show I already had tickets for. Mariana responded quickly. She was clear, polite and to the point and cancelled the ticket. They said up to 10 days for the refund whic is a bit disappointing, however I know this a company and not the fault of the front line staff (Mariana) they have 5 stars for her level of support. I marked 4 for the time to get the refund”
“The exhibit was really good, the art work was amazing. A few things let it down, there was not enough seating for the interactive parts of the exhibit (families were sat there for 20+ minutes). Finally, the gift shop was also good but the attendant was breathing down my neck which put me off buying anything! Other than these two things, we had a great day! Would recommend going at a quieter time!!”
