Avoid Fever – Misleading and Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience with Fever when purchasing Vue Cinema vouchers. They offer two options: Super Saver Ticket for £7.50. Super Saver Combi for £10.49. I purchased one of each, and despite being assured by Fever’s support team that both codes could be redeemed online, I discovered that the Super Saver Combi is only redeemable at the cinema. This crucial restriction was not mentioned anywhere on their app before purchase! It was only after receiving the confirmation email that I found a small note stating the combi voucher could not be used online. This lack of transparency left me unable to book my weekend tickets online, risking them selling out. I contacted Fever’s support team multiple times by phone and email, explaining the issue and providing all relevant evidence. I didn’t ask for a refund—I simply requested an alternative Super Saver code (even offering to forgo the price difference). However, Fever’s response was appalling: They sent generic, copy-pasted replies about their "non-refundable policy," completely ignoring my request or the evidence I provided. The escalation team was unresponsive and offered no meaningful resolution. Phone support agents, while polite, only made empty promises that my issue would be resolved within 15–30 minutes. After calling around eight times, it became clear that Fever’s support team is poorly trained or unwilling to address legitimate customer concerns. Their app misleads users into buying tickets without disclosing key restrictions, and their refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. Fever’s combination of misleading advertising, poor communication, and refusal to resolve issues shows they prioritise sales over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to avoid using Fever for ticket purchases specially for VUE cinema. There are far better companies with transparent policies and reliable support teams.

Disappointing Experience – No Parking Info & Zero Flexibility I was really looking forward to Candlelight: Best of Hip-Hop on Strings, but I never even made it inside. Despite leaving an hour early for what should have been a 20-minute drive, I spent 20 minutes circling South Philly looking for parking—only to realize I was out of time. The venue has a strict no-late-entry policy, which meant I had no choice but to turn around and go home. Nowhere in the event details did Fever mention parking, which is a major oversight for a venue in an area known for its parking challenges. When I reached out about a refund—or even a credit for a future event—I received a canned response citing their strict no-refund policy. I understand policies, but good customer service means considering reasonable circumstances. Fever provided no guidance on parking, no flexibility, and no real concern for the customer experience. If you’re booking through Fever, be aware that they offer zero support if you run into logistical issues. I won’t be using their service again.

Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing. In a world where trust should be sacred, it's disheartening to realize how easily it can be manipulated. I fell victim to a scam, entrusting my hard-earned money to what seemed like a legitimate company, only to face demands for more—taxes, fees, and endless excuses. But here's the silver lining in this dark cloud: after much struggle and research, I found hope with MONEIORECLAIM.COM. They helped me reclaim what was rightfully mine. My story is a reminder to stay vigilant and informed, because not everyone will have the same outcome. Let's raise awareness together. Share your experiences or advice below—let's protect one another from falling into similar traps.

Terrible customer service. Received generic responses and absolutely no empathy for a special circumstance that prevented us from attending a purchased event. Unable to receive a refund even though the manager of the organization the event was held completely understood our situation and was willing to help us out. We did our best to explain human to human, and the responses were unacceptable. Do not recommend utilizing Fever to purchase services

A company manager from this website called me, claiming to be an analyst recruiting people to trade and earn money. All the money I deposited was the minimum amount, $125,000 A few days later, they praised my ‘success’ and said I needed to increase my deposit fivefold to maximize efficiency. I added more money and started trading. I reached out for assistance several times, only to find out it wasn’t free either! When I had a significant amount ready for withdrawal, they said I had to pay taxes and fees. Expecting my profits, I didn’t question it. After another transfer, my account was blocked. No one contacts me anymore, and as you might guess, the scammers kept my money without allowing me make my withdrawals i contacted a recovery agent called alexi victim with the email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to recover my funds if not I would have been in tears with this company

Do not, I repeat.. DO NOT do business with this company.. Many people have had the same experience I have had and unfortunately I did not look at the reviews before ordering tickets period many people have experienced ticket scheduling issues that are not taken care of properly and they do not offer any customer service to resolve any issues. We'll keep your money and make every effort to communicate through pre written emails apologizing the whole way through but sticking to their policies of no changes no refunds know nothing. Pitiful and not surprised knowing now that they are not located in the United States. Horrible work ethic, Horrible customer service. We'll not ever use them again and I highly recommend you don't either. Just so you know there is no telephone number to reach anybody affiliated with this company anywhere.

I hosted afew events for fever and have NOT been paid. I am so disappointed by this company. It was lucky strangers that I hosted at the paradox museum. It’s over a month ago that I should have been paid, I have been email, and calling who employed me but nothing. I have even DM fever on instagram but rubbish with responding. It’s disgusting that they are doing this and also have done this to another guy called Lucus who is owed DOUBLE more than myself. I will be taking this further.

Had EXACTLY the same experience as Dr Sergei. VERY poor service indeed. I won’t be using Fever again. The National Gallery are partly to blame for hosting this on their website.

I was misled by their advertising of the Van Gogh exhibition in London. They organized a simultaneous and eponymous event with an exhibition in the National Picture Gallery in London. Dreaming of getting to the exhibition in the National Gallery, I bought tickets. And as it turned out, to a completely different event and in a different place. Of course, we were not allowed into the desired exhibition in the National Gallery. Imagine our disappointment when we did not get to the expected event, having arrived in London. So we lost time, money and were very upset. In response to repeated requests to Fever, I was told that they do not make any compensation.

Trying to swap events, as tickets were a gift...and this simple process took over TWO DAYS. Absolutely horrible customer service, and I will never use this company/service again. Their levels of ineptitude are simply mind-boggling.

Event was cancelled due to weather and Fever took over a week to offer vouchers for rescheduling. Then the voucher was not covering the balance to rebook the EXACT same event. Numerous emails sent to resolve this issue and zero response. Two phone calls to customer service and STILL no resolution. Absolutely terrible app and service. Will never book tickets to another event with Fever - EVER.

They have the WORST customer service. I left my purse at a Fever event unattended. First there is no local contact and when I called the Fever Customer Service number, I was told that they will need to “escalate it”. I got an email after a couple more phone calls to ask Gina, saying that should go to the next scheduled show at the same venue in a week and talk to the staff there. They would not follow-up to ask their staff or give me local contact information. My purse had my ID and other essentials that I need. So, being told to go back next week is unacceptable. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told it is not allowed and was told that I could email which was again the same reply to go back next week. The shows aren’t worth dealing with growth service like this.

I’m incredibly disappointed with Fever’s customer service. I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong city for the “Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience” and immediately contacted them to fix it. Despite multiple attempts and spending over 3.5 hours dealing with this issue, I was repeatedly told to handle it via email, only to receive the same response that they couldn’t help due to their guidelines. Their only suggestion was to transfer my ticket to someone else in the city, despite the event being just hours away and me knowing no one in that area. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just a simple exchange to the correct city—but their rigid policies and lack of support made this impossible. This experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time. I’ll never buy tickets through Fever again.

This was, and I’m not being dramatic, the WORST CUSTOMER SERICE, I have EVER received from an online company. I had tickets to the MC experience, but 3 days before, I had gotten into a wreck. No big deal, right? Their own policy stated that within the 48 hrs of the event, you can change it. Which I was! Apparently I’m a stupid little person, because even thought I was within the 48, i WASN'T within the 48. Because that makes total sense. We called them an upwards of 15 times without the span on a few days to strangle even a hint of an answer out of them. Everything got worked out, thankfully, it only took some choice words and a persistent calling. But I will never in my lifetime use this garbage company ever again. Thanks fever. I hope you go out of business so no one has to lose money to you, ever again :)

Never again - reached out this morning around 36 hours at least before the concert to voucher tickets - I was ill can’t leave the house This was my birthday gift They refused to voucher the tickets because they said I had to do it. 48 hours in advance if they’re still selling tickets for this event, why couldn’t they flip them? I would’ve asked not for the money back. I would’ve still used it on Fever, but they refused and I think that’s just terrible

Fever STOLE my money. I paid $141 for two Candle Light Concert tickets via Fever. Fever did not send me the tickets through my email and we weren’t allowed access to the concert. I told them what happened and they refused a refund even though I have bank proof of purchase. So if you purchase something and they don’t send you your tickets then you’re just out of X amount of dollars, good luck.

No Refund Policy EVER IN ANY EVENT 1. Purchased tickets for an event. (My fourth or fifth event purchase.) 2. They went to an email I don’t use (apparently associated with Facebook although my email associated with Fever is correct). 3. Thought the purchase did not occur having received no tickets or confirmation. Purchased once again and confirmed with PayPal the purchase went through. 4. Did not receive tickets or confirmation. Emailed and called Fever They confirmed tickets went to unused email. 5. Reached out and informed Fever of issue well in advance of event. Explained all. Stated I mistakenly purchased two sets. They said I would receive a reply. 6. No reply, reached out again to be told that there are no refunds or exchanges etc. but they would offer me the tickets to the same event at another time but would need to hear from before show (it’s now two hours before and I am still at work.) 7. I’m computer literate. I clearly explained the situation prior to the event, they responded that their policy was no refunds or exchanges and they would no longer communicate with me on the subject. It is their policy and the reason does not matter. I’ve never known a company to do business this way. In short, my error cost me $84.00. And I’m “clearly a fool”, therefore will never use fever again. If you plan to use them do not make a mistake. The majority of their 1 star reviews are around the no refund policy. Why ruin the experiences with this policy? Do they make that much money capitalizing on human misfortune?
