“Fraudulent sales advertising ..poor customer service, and has a no modification, no refund , no cancel policy, etc. Hard rule no adjustments or refunds in any manner. Do not do business with them at all!”
“Dont buy any tickets via fever or fever app, google maps location via fever map shows wrong adress. They waste cost and money for us and they dont accept. Customer service is also awful.”
“I’m incredibly disappointed with Fever’s customer service. I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong city for the “Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience” and immediately contacted them to fix it. Despite multiple attempts and spending over 3.5 hours dealing with this issue, I was repeatedly told to handle it via email, only to receive the same response that they couldn’t help due to their guidelines.
Their only suggestion was to transfer my ticket to someone else in the city, despite the event being just hours away and me knowing no one in that area. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just a simple exchange to the correct city—but their rigid policies and lack of support made this impossible.
This experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time. I’ll never buy tickets through Fever again.”
“This was, and I’m not being dramatic, the WORST CUSTOMER SERICE, I have EVER received from an online company.
I had tickets to the MC experience, but 3 days before, I had gotten into a wreck.
No big deal, right? Their own policy stated that within the 48 hrs of the event, you can change it. Which I was!
Apparently I’m a stupid little person, because even thought I was within the 48, i WASN'T within the 48.
Because that makes total sense.
We called them an upwards of 15 times without the span on a few days to strangle even a hint of an answer out of them.
Everything got worked out, thankfully, it only took some choice words and a persistent calling.
But I will never in my lifetime use this garbage company ever again.
Thanks fever. I hope you go out of business so no one has to lose money to you, ever again :)”
“Never again - reached out this morning around 36 hours at least before the concert to voucher tickets - I was ill can’t leave the house
This was my birthday gift
They refused to voucher the tickets because they said I had to do it. 48 hours in advance if they’re still selling tickets for this event, why couldn’t they flip them? I would’ve asked not for the money back. I would’ve still used it on Fever, but they refused and I think that’s just terrible”
“Fever STOLE my money. I paid $141 for two Candle Light Concert tickets via Fever. Fever did not send me the tickets through my email and we weren’t allowed access to the concert. I told them what happened and they refused a refund even though I have bank proof of purchase. So if you purchase something and they don’t send you your tickets then you’re just out of X amount of dollars, good luck.”
“No Refund Policy EVER IN ANY EVENT
1. Purchased tickets for an event. (My fourth or fifth event purchase.)
2. They went to an email I don’t use (apparently associated with Facebook although my email associated with Fever is correct).
3. Thought the purchase did not occur having received no tickets or confirmation. Purchased once again and confirmed with PayPal the purchase went through.
4. Did not receive tickets or confirmation. Emailed and called Fever They confirmed tickets went to unused email.
5. Reached out and informed Fever of issue well in advance of event. Explained all. Stated I mistakenly purchased two sets. They said I would receive a reply.
6. No reply, reached out again to be told that there are no refunds or exchanges etc. but they would offer me the tickets to the same event at another time but would need to hear from before show (it’s now two hours before and I am still at work.)
7. I’m computer literate. I clearly explained the situation prior to the event, they responded that their policy was no refunds or exchanges and they would no longer communicate with me on the subject. It is their policy and the reason does not matter. I’ve never known a company to do business this way.
In short, my error cost me $84.00. And I’m “clearly a fool”, therefore will never use fever again. If you plan to use them do not make a mistake.
The majority of their 1 star reviews are around the no refund policy. Why ruin the experiences with this policy? Do they make that much money capitalizing on human misfortune?”
“There Simulator failed - NO REFUND!!!
Booked to go to the F1 exhibition at Excel London.
The exhibition was good, however the simulator that we had pre paid for failed.
Fever are refusing to issue a refund for this part of the exhibition, despite the team at Excel telling us that was an option as they could not guarantee it working on the day of our visit.
Customer service is appalling and basically accusing me of lying”
“Absolutely the worst! I tried to change the date of our ticket for the Dopamine Land! Just a waste of money! Customer service is terrible won’t change our ticket dates! I won’t be using Fever ever again! Terrible business just stealing people’s money! 😡”
“Very bad customer experience. Support is useless. We just cannot apply gift tickets since tickets ID are not working. On top of this, if you make a gift ticket, the recipient cannot book the event!!! You have to do with the email / apps used for the purchase with the IOS / or google apps that is very misleading. Avoid booking with that company.”
“Absolutely disgusting "terms of service" - absolutely NO REFUNDS. Never mind if you can't attend because London Transport is not running the train you need to get you there on time. I will NEVER book with Fever again. Completely fraudulent practice to take people's money for an event they can't even attend.”
“Terrible customer service. Received generic responses and absolutely no empathy for a special circumstance that prevented us from attending a purchased event. Unable to receive a refund even though the manager of the organization the event was held completely understood our situation and was willing to help us out. We did our best to explain human to human, and the responses were unacceptable. Do NOT recommend utilizing Fever to purchase services.”
“Purchased tickets through the app. Realized I had to work the night of the event. Called customer service after only having the tickets for 30 minutes. I requested a refund was given the run around and eventually denied. This company basically steals from people. DO NOT USE THEM TO PURCHASE ANYTHING”
“I purchased tickets for the New York Botanical Gardens (NYBG) Holiday Train Lights show. I am a newer member of NYBG and I had understood their 20% member discount was included in my purchase. Shortly after my purchase, I realized the discount had not been applied to my ticket purchase and I contacted NYBG, who explained to me that the discount is applied with a discount code (something I wasn’t aware of as a new member). NYBG told me that Fever handles their all of ticketing for this event, but that I should email Fever and that they would then be able to apply the discount. I explained the situation to Fever (being a new member, not aware of the need to enter a discount code to get the member discount, etc), and yet they refused to do it, even as I explained that all they needed to do was refund my first purchase and then apply my NYBG member discount to a new purchase of an event that was still several days out. I explained to Fever that I purchased my NYBG membership in significant part due to the 20% member discount ($52) I expected to receive for my family’s Holiday Train Nights purchase, and they responded with a hard NO. Such a simple thing for them to address, but they cared more about their profits than what was right here.”
“Misleading at best. Just saw their light-up Sleeping Beauty ballet and it was horrendous. Not professional dancers, no set design, 4 dancers, no costume changes, and music over a speaker with a weird violin player playing along with the speaker system. The photos on the Fever website looked NOTHING like what we saw. So many people left mid-performance, and saw many people checking watches or even sleeping. The seats were hard wooden church pews and we paid for upgraded seating and still couldn’t see the dancers feet. I will never go to another Fever event. Seems shady and the amount they make vs the tiny amount paid to these amateur dancers is insulting. I really felt bad for the dancers.”
“I promoted Fever to 2000 members on my event site. I helped them sell tickets. But when I made an error buying my own ticket, they refused to offer me a voucher for another ticket. I had to cancel the Candlelight event I had posted on my website because I didn't get a ticket and couldn't go to it. Finally, they offered and then canceled a ticket voucher, and they did this repeatedly in literally 20 emails saying, "No voucher, but feel free to write us again!" to bait me to keep contacting them. I contacted my Mastercard company for a refund. This massively dishonest company is run by a sociopathic Support team that claims you didn't reply fast enough to their email to get their voucher which they cancel hours after they offer it. I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.”
“This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I bought tickets for an event, was highly sick with strep throat and bronchitis, reached out 24 hours in advanced and provided documentation, and was told they would not change the date for me. I spent almost $200.00. I will never use fever in the future and I’m highly upset with how things were handled. I didn’t even ask for a refund, just to change the date. I will try to dispute the charge with my credit card.”
“What went wrong is that this website is a SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR EVENT TICKETS!!!! I lost $200 in 4 VIP tickets that I know I bookwd for 12/21/24, somehow the date defaulted to the date of purchase or so I thought. After reading other reviews, this happens often, dates seem to get switched, then you get slapped with their NO REFUND POLICIES. I'm in the United States, I'm reporting Fever website to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud investigation. Whatever country you're in, if you've been scammed and lost mone via Fever website, REPORT THEM!!! to whatever authorities deal with fraudulent websites!!!!!! IMAGINE HOW MUCH MONEY THEY'RE RAKIBG IN WORLDWIDE WITH THIS SCAM. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!”
