“I was having trouble finalising my purchase of event tickets, of which I had been on pre-sale list for. I think it was an issue on the website maybe it was crashing as the tickets were selling fast, but also could have been my ineptitude with technology.
As I was worried the event would sell out I emailed saying I was having issues. I got a reply very quickly with a link to buy the tickets again.
The link work fine and I manage to get decent tickets still, not my first choice, but still managed to get some.
