They were super quick, responsive and helpful with detailed instructions on how I could reschedule my ticket when my friend wasn’t well on the day of the event.

Had issue with disability ticket and struggling using my phone. Web chat team new how to solve and within an hour I had every thing fixed. Excellent team and very quick to resolve issue.

Very quick and super helpful customer service. I’d sprained my foot and couldn’t make it to my booking (which was the very next day) so they happily gave me an exchange voucher due to circumstances.

Prompt response to my problem - I’d not selected a time slot for the Daly exhibition, and so they went to default ar 10.00 am. The instructions were made very clear for refunding my tickets, getting a voucher and then rebooking - very efficient , and also friendly replies 🙂

I made a mess of my order, needing to send a couple of emails to rectify. Prompt replies & refund of money quickly. I call that good customer service.
