“They were quick to offer an exchange voucher when the date had to be changed. Although a little annoying that you have to download the app in order to change the date.”
“I still have no tickets. You have taken £49.00 of my money and promised to find the tickets, yet still I have had no confirmation, no email, no tickets in the app. Please fix this immediately. Our booking was for 6th May; we are now worried tickets will be sold out and we won’t get to go in spite of you taking our money. Really unhappy with this.”
