“There was an inadvertent setting up of an account on Fever due to an issue I was having with vouchers ( 2 occasions ). However Vanessa managed to resolve the problem offered apologise for the problem caused & refund.

“I posted a ticketing query as a first-time customer. After downloading the App, I had confirmation of purchasing my tickets but couldn't find the e-ticket or QR code. I had a quick response with clear and concise guidance. This confirmed that QR codes were not generated for all Candlelit events. Whilst this would have been a helpful notice whilst I was booking, the response to my query was most timely, impressive and reassuring!”
“The customer services via the live chat are absolutely brilliant. Really fast response and my out of policy refund was sorted and added to my vouchers within an hour of initially contacting them.
One thing I'd love to see would be on their app/website that they stop using the one city search. For example if I want to search their Candlelight events, I'd much prefer to see all available Candlelight events in all cities they are available rather than specifically one city. I really don't like this feature on their app/website at all. Other than this one issue I've not had any other problems at all.”
