Friendly, accurate advice given to help me in purchasing a wheelchair accessible ticket with complimentary carer voucher with proof of disability, patience and knowledge was shown which made the booking so much easier. Thanks

I had to request duplicate tickets as I had lost mine. I was replied to in minutes, replacements were sent immediately. Fantastic service.

Booked an event at the wrong time. After raising a ticket, I received a response from customer service in few minutes and I've been given very clear instructions on how to get a refund voucher and use it to book the event at the right time. Very happy with the support received

Very prompt response to my enquiry. Numerous helpful and polite emails in order to help me exchange my tickets. Only criticism is that to confirm my identity they wanted the first 6 and last 4 digits of my credit card number, I don’t not feel very safe providing this. I think identity could be confirmed using just the last 4 digits.

Fever have given me efficient, kind and helpful customer service. I couldn't rebook tickets within the timeframe given as our daughter is still unwell and they promptly extended the timeframe for me - very pleased, thank you.
