“I would give 0 stars if I could. We booked waaay back in Feb for May 6th 1pm. We were led to believe that booking this early was securing us a spot. Yet mid April we received an email stating that there was a 2 hour wait just to get in. I called and someone straight up told me that they over booked the event. I asked for a refund but as other reviews state they don't give refunds. After a lengthy battle of calls and getting the same response I gave up and decided we would make the best of it. 2 days before the event I recieved another email stating the lineup was over 2hrs long and that the time on our ticket was suggestive!! Today is May 6th I decided to check my Fever app tickets and thank god I did because my tickets were cancelled!! I didn't receive any emails about this, so I called and and had to demand an email stating I was indeed being refunded. I did indeed get the email BUT can you imagine if I didn't check and we stood in line for 2 hours only to find out the tickets were randomly cancelled? Shame on you Fever for ruining the day and waisting my time. I will find every outlet to let everyone know how terrible your business practices are.”
