“Accidentally clicked the button on the app. The payment was automatically taken, without pressing anything further/confirming on PayPal. I don’t think this is good.
However the customer services agent responded quickly on the live chat and refunded me promptly.”

“I booked my ticket for the Van Gogh immersive experience on Fever and it was straightforward. The tickets were saved and retrievable. I then needed to change the date of my visits and when I did so, there was a problem and I couldn’t rebook using my credit, so I contacted Fever by phone which was great and Katherine answered immediately and worked with me to solve my problem. It was brilliant being able to speak to someone which is unusual nowadays and she was fantastic. Thank you Katherine! I would book with Fever again knowing that in person support is there.”

He was extremely helpful when it came to the voucher situation. He was kind enough to share with me a step by step pictorial guide with how to use the voucher. Definitely alot of credit to him. But they were definitely helpful for the most part and appreciate the support.”

“Booked tickets for Van Gogh Immersive Experience but we got the location wrong as there was another Van Gogh immersive experience happening at the same time in Dublin . I complained that location wasn’t clear on our tickets and asked for refund or option to change dates . They said later option had been offered which was through their app and I was totally unaware of . Still waiting for them to issue another date ..... not impressed and 2 disappointed kids !”
