You need to use reputable venues and revise your ticketing policy I have scrubbed my system to remove all references and links and cache from my and all my friends systems

I tried to book 3 tickets (family) but I didn't see that a "standard adult" was preselected by the system. Therefore I booked 4 tickets by mistake instead of 3. I contacted Fever immediately to cancel the additional ticket and get a refund. The answer is "tickets are non-refundable". This is unconceivable. I will avoid using their services in the future.

If 0 was available I would give it. Turned up to the Jack Daniel’s event that they had advertised for today. I purchased a ticket only to be told that the venue was full so they oversold tickets. It’s just so disgraceful! I reported this to fever and didn’t even get an apology or any sort of assurance that this wouldn’t happen again. Instead they said something about sharing my opinion with their partners. I mean honestly they really should be picky on who they partner with in regards to Rep but they obviously don’t care which makes them unreliable. I don’t recommend Fever.

Additional adult ticket added to family pack. Tried to correct but couldn't and staff of event advised this has happened to others from Fever booking. Emailed Fever, no refund offered for additional charge.

The site offered Me a 25% discount for tickets via email to The Gun Powder Plot but the discount does not work unless you install the app. This is age and technical discrimination. Nowhere in the offer did it state you needed to download the app. I only found this out by first emailing Layered Reality who passed me on to Fever. I do not download apps. I only use my phone for calls. I am less likely to be conned.

I bought a 2 tickets for Horizon of Khufu on Fever , i turned on time but my friend did not turn up early and the experience was no longer allowing in any more people because of the time . They told me to reach out to their customer service and they will reschedule it for us, hence I did . The customer service assistant told me that they do not issue refunds , however I can gift the ticket to a friend or relative , according to their t/ca, then after a month, I now passed my mum’s details to them, then the respond I got was that they don’t issue refunds . I responded back and informed them , that the response I got earlier was different, as it clearly states I can gift it, which is what I did, then they got back to me saying as it’s in May I got that response , they won’t issue any refunds . I was astonished , hence if not resolved internally, I will be contacting the financial ombudsman. Terrible experience , I was shocked

Absolutely terrible service when booking dopamine land tickets. We had 2 children. Unclear on the website if you need to pay or not for them as just says 'babies in arms' we have a 1 year old who yes we can carry, but also walks... It mentions you can't buy tickets on the door either. So purchased 2 tickets for 1 year olds just incase. Told at the venue didn't need to buy them and will be refunded, to then contact fever and be told they don't issue refunds in their t&C's. Joke of a company and will be reporting to the financial ombudsman/trading standards unless resolved promptly.

The apps is sack! Declined 10 of my Credit Cards after I bought there at least 20 tickets for different shows and events! Disgusting, disrespectful, annoying! The same request I had to submit 6 times! Was not resolved! They simply closed my request without any explanation! Never Ever Ever use that apps! Useless! Dirty! Only taking my money on canceled by me tickets and substitutituting it with there stupid vouchers and points which I am not able to use to buy another tickets since they blocked my account!

Bought tickets and never worked tried again as site didn't show anything charged card twice and refuse to refund on charge even though faq even realizes it's a problem. Would give 0 stars if I could

Do not purchase from this site . They had my card details from a previous purchase. When I was browsing they booked me in for that excursion. Been onto there customer services twice . One tells me I will receive a refund then I get an email to say I won't. Back on this morning to speak to someone about it who also says I'll look into.it . Still no refund. Bunch of scammers . Beware of them.😡

Recently, I had a pretty bad encounter with a scam broker fortunately, Loudouin/COM was able to assist me. They helped me get my misplaced money back in a fast and professional manner. They also gave me some really useful tips on how to stay away from frauds going forward.

This is a phony cryptocurrency website that allows users to use WhatsApp Messenger to carry out confidence frauds, often known as pig slaughtering scams. In an attempt to deceive you into depositing more and more of your own money, the fraudster will try to make it appear as though you are flipping cryptocurrency for profit. After taking your money, they will vanish. My buddy suggested me to L I N C O X R E C L A I M after I started to feel down, and their staff was quite helpful in getting my money back from those nasty scammers.

I know how unfortunate it is that many people fall victim to a wide range of fraudulent activity online, resulting in significant losses, some of which can have life-changing consequences. They are a set of criminals the event… They are a set of criminals the event was cancelled and since the 7th June the planned to refund me and to date only getting the runaround about the refund.

They suck up to you to get your money, they when they have it you're on your own mate. We purchased through Fever £36 worth of tickets for a comedy show in Soho, London. They gave us the wrong address 3 times, we were forced to traipse miserably under the rain for 1 and a half hours being totally misguided by a Fever operator who again gave us the wrong address for the venue. We wrote to the Fever customer service to ask for a refund, they denied it and vanished. This is appalling service. Do not fall for it.

Honestly, giving them one star is far too much smh I paid for 4 tickets my family and I to go to an boat ride event smh The boat never showed. Fever never updated or notified me on anything. I called them the next day asking about a refund...... Let's just say, it's now Monday and instead of them letting me know about my refund. They want to ask questions like, what time did you show up? What address did you have? smh This company is horrible smh They know how to redirect when it comes down to wanting a refund smh It was no reason that I had to speak with 3-4 different customer service reps, just to get a refund, still nothing smh This Fever app/company, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

I bought an item of merchandise from the gift shop at a Fever event, the item is faulty and Fever are refusing to refund or replace the item. They also refuse point blank to give me the details of the company that supply their merchandise or help me in any way at all.
