“Worst company to work for. If you can avoid it at all costs, do it. The training is the absolute worst I have ever encountered, they tell you it's 3 weeks of training, lies!, they rush train you for a week and then put you to work, unsure of what needs to be done, they expect you to do the amount of calls/chats/emails as someone thats been in the company for years. It is insanity, they dont like you asking questions, and when you do and it is something they do not like, they ignore you, do not answer you at all, and im talking about HR, your Team Leader etc. All paperwork you sign is in their system (unless you are savvy enough to make copies and safe keep them, you are SOL when you are fired, because they lock you out of EVERYTHING before they tell you youre fired, even the 2 free candlelight tickets (that are rightfully yours) they give you as a "bonus" for getting hired, thats also in their system, with the company's email, so if you didnt use it, you wont get it, the weekly bonus its a joke, you will never ever ever get it, NEVER. They Pay the 27th of each month, and if you got fired before(lets say) the 27th, they ask you to refund the remaining days of the month that you got paid for, when you are salary and have sick days accumulated (which they try to not pay them out) Its a petty company and they have a huge revolving door, no one stays. They only tell you..."you are not a good fit for the company" fire you on the spot without any other explanation. Its a waste of time people.... stay away...unless you want to get treated horrible, stay away.”
“I recently attended an event hosted by Fever, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing due to blatant false advertising regarding the seating arrangements.
I paid for front-row Zone A tickets, expecting to be seated close to the stage as promised. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my seats were at the very back of the venue, against the wall! Despite paying a premium price, I was given seats that were nowhere near what was advertised.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they tried to brush it off by claiming that Zone A seating wraps around the stage. But this explanation doesn’t hold up when you’re seated as far away from the stage as possible. It’s clear that Fever over-promises and under-delivers on their seating arrangements, and their customer service response was dismissive at best.
This experience felt like a bait and switch, and I wouldn’t trust Fever with any future events. They clearly don’t care about delivering what they promise, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident. Save your money and avoid the disappointment—Fever is not worth it.”
“Had a wonderful evening in Southwark Cathedral watching a candlelight event..beautiful strings covering the hits of Coldplay..amazing setings..lovely helpful staff a huge shoutout to Rebecca in helping with my seating..it made a great night into a fabulous night..thank you.”
“I went to London excel center for F1 exhibition. I enjoyed it from start to finish you get involved with headsets and listen to audio from film clips seeing these great cars trophy on display I HAD great time.well organised by fever and F1.”
“Fever is the absolute worst company to buy any tickets from. I purchased tickets to a Taylor Swift Candlelight Concert in Charleston, SC which experienced a monsoon of a storm the night of the concert, venue and parking lot were flooded, people running to their cars for cover and they wouldn’t give me a refund or replacement tickets for another Candlelight Concert. They simply said NO! Do not purchase anything from them. Go to Ticketmaster! Or anywhere else!”
“I want to admit Joah J assistant, I called many times to solve my issue with ticket, everyone was sending me to Fever email, still no response, but Joah did amazing job,she solve it right away!!! So,for you Joah 5 stars only!!!!”
“Turned up to an event to find out it had been cancelled some time ago but Fever continued to sell tickets to it right up to the day of the event.
After contacting them they tried to blame me, saying I turned up to the wrong venue, which I did not. Then tried to tell me tickets are non-refundable. That may the case in some instances but NOT when Fever are clearly at fault here. Still trying to get me and friends £90 back.
I gave them 2 stars as a previous event with Fever went ok.”
“Fever needs to be understanding of their terrible user platform when purchasing tickets. I did not select a general admission ticket and it automatically populated. When I went to the event, they told me fever would refund me no problem. Now fever tells me that can’t refund me even though I was told they could. I tried to contact fever before the event when I realized the error (purchasing one additional ticket to what I needed) but lo and behold, there’s nowhere to contact them on their website. When we went to the event the manager there told me “no problem. It happens all the time. Fever will refund you with no issues”. As in, their system automatically populates extra tickets all the time. I’ll never use fever for anything ever again. Their customer service is awful.”
“You need to use reputable venues and revise your ticketing policy
I have scrubbed my system to remove all references and links and cache from my and all my friends systems”

“I tried to book 3 tickets (family) but I didn't see that a "standard adult" was preselected by the system. Therefore I booked 4 tickets by mistake instead of 3. I contacted Fever immediately to cancel the additional ticket and get a refund. The answer is "tickets are non-refundable". This is unconceivable. I will avoid using their services in the future.”
“I saw The Empire Strips Back in DC. The show, choreography, dancers and set were exceptional!!! The reviews made it seem like there was going to be a story-line and that it was hilarious. So, I was anticipating a more elaborate plot or story line. There was none. There was a host (Lando-character) that hyped up the crowd with a bit of humor then he would hype up the next act. It was all fine, and like I said, all of the acts were phenomenal. My only real issue is the venue itself. Considering this show is selling out every night they should've opted for a nicer theater. I was on the third row and couldn't see anything once they kneeled or went down to the floor. It was super cramped and the stage was very small. This show deserves a much bigger and much nicer stage! How about an actual auditorium?”
“If 0 was available I would give it. Turned up to the Jack Daniel’s event that they had advertised for today. I purchased a ticket only to be told that the venue was full so they oversold tickets. It’s just so disgraceful! I reported this to fever and didn’t even get an apology or any sort of assurance that this wouldn’t happen again. Instead they said something about sharing my opinion with their partners. I mean honestly they really should be picky on who they partner with in regards to Rep but they obviously don’t care which makes them unreliable. I don’t recommend Fever.”
“Additional adult ticket added to family pack. Tried to correct but couldn't and staff of event advised this has happened to others from Fever booking.
Emailed Fever, no refund offered for additional charge.”
“The site offered Me a 25% discount for tickets via email to The Gun Powder Plot but the discount does not work unless you install the app. This is age and technical discrimination. Nowhere in the offer did it state you needed to download the app. I only found this out by first emailing Layered Reality who passed me on to Fever. I do not download apps. I only use my phone for calls. I am less likely to be conned.”
