“Booking site mal-functioned and took my money THREE times. Getting a full refund from customer service was a nightmare.
Gave up in the end and was paid out by credit card company
Attended the concert but it was so short and a complete overpriced event
Would not use again or recommend”
“Whilst we appreciated the hard attempts by the quartet, the sound at the event was unacceptably bad. It not only affected the experience during the performance of each song, but more so hugely impacted the context, narrated by the lead percussionist. We couldn’t hear a word she was saying, it sounded like we were in a stadium!! Everyone around us was as equally frustrated by the experience.
We spent £150 on a something that in all honesty, ruined the start of our Christmas festivities that weekend.
I was advised to email in my complaint, to what I can only explain is the worst customer service. They reply with automated solutions but after a fair few attempts, a human replied offering a £15 voucher to compensate. After the experience and awful customer service, I do not wish to use Fever ever again…
I have lots of videos of just how bad the experience was, which I’m happy to share with anyone interested, seeing as Fever won’t take my complaint seriously.”
“The customer service is terrible. The response time is very poor and concerning. Do not purchase tickets unless you are absolutely sure you will attend the event because their “flexible cancellation” policy is the most frustrating process you will encounter. They will conveniently respond to later email requests. When you request that they call you instead of email, you will receive more emails and no call. As another review stated, they do not respond to these requests immediately - almost 48 hours later. I’m disappointed and unfortunately I will never attend an event supported by this company.”
“The absolute worst customer service I have encountered. It’s impossible to change tickets to another day. Even if you email daya in advance there is no response until 2 weeks later to give a cold response which could have been written by a ROBOT. The event was an exhibition so I’m very confused why there would be any issue in changing to another day. I wasn’t in the Country so it would have been impossible to attend!
Buyer beware!!!! What an absolute rip off!!!”
“Do not buy from here!
I had a horrendous experience with this company. I ordered tickets for January 4th at 17:00, but after completing the payment, the tickets showed January 2nd at 10:00 am. This timing was absolutely inconvenient as I work during that period. Shockingly, this issue seems widespread as I've found numerous reviews detailing similar incidents, which is completely unacceptable.
I attempted to resolve the matter by sending three emails, engaging in live chat conversations, and even making a phone call. Disappointingly, every interaction yielded the same response – refunds and exchanges are deemed unacceptable for their mistake.
This level of customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. It appears to be nothing short of a scam.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid purchasing from here at all costs!”
“We bought tickets for a show for our parents for christmas, the app was not showing the menus, so we got child menus, when we realised we took a screenshot showing that the app was not showing the options and ask to change the menus or have a refund. Fever cancelled out tickets and gave a coupon aplicable only to the same show which was already sold out. So I lost 80euros. Still fighting it. Poor cuatomer service. And incredibly indecent and uncaring procedure for christmast festivities. Wont ever use them again and totally discourage everyone doing so. Scammers and burglars.”
“I booked a new years eve dinner course in Paris for 760 euro's for 2 persons, when I arrived there they told me fever didn't reserve the spots, I booked it a week a head. I wasn't the only one with the problem there were a couple other people what should have been an unforgettable memory turned into a nightmare. It's not only about the money everything should've been a perfect date booked for 2 days in Paris got ruined.”
“Misleading advertising. Spent £ 70 pounds on two tickets to be seated in the £10 seats with no veiw. Paid to hear Vivaldi but this was only 10 minutes, it was advertised as Vivaldi and nothing else, when I got the tickets it stated ' Christmas Baroque' when I queried it with the venue they told me it was Vivaldi. Yes, 10 mins. What a scammy company abd a disgrace to rip people off.”
“Scam company. I bought tickets and paid extra for the ability to cancel/refund up until 48 hours. I emailed them to cancel IN ADVANCE of the required 48 hours. Rather than canceling immediately, they kept sending automated responses. When they got back to me a week later, after the event, they refused to give me a refund saying it was then not more than 48 hours in advance. Ummm...my email is dated in advance of the 48 cancelation deadline....yet they ignored that and delayed THEIR response until after the cancelation deadline had passed. Slimey. They refused the refund entirely.”
“Couldn’t make event and they would not transfer to another event or give any sort of refund!
Will never do business with this shady organization ever again!
Terrible customer service also. Had to wait weeks for a response.”
“They have zero customer service and don’t allow you to change date or time without charging you a crazy rebooking fee. Whole thing is a scammy company with no number to call or any person to talk to, avoid if you can. Ticketmaster is better and I hate Ticketmaster so that’s saying something”
“Please beware of purchasing tickets with Fever! The experiences are different from what is described; you will be issued with the wrong band of tickets, and you will not get your money back.”
“I hate complaining but I really have had a dreadful experience with no one helping at all.
I had a problem when ordering tickets and lost my discount code as result.
I asked for refund so I cld reorder. I was told that it wld take 10 days and was offered VIP tickets which I foolishly accepted.
I cannot access them. I have now been told you don't do refunds.
Cld I emphasise that I did pay an extra £3.00 to have a cancellation/refund option.
I cannot seem to get it understood that I do not want VIP tickets that I can't use.
I want a full refund so I can reorder tickets.
I am just being told the same thing over and over ...no help whatsoever.
I feel I am speaking to a mindless machine....maybe I am but pls can someone with a brain help me now.
I am desperate to get this sorted. It is ridiculous and so stressful.
Pls cancel vip tickets issue refund and leave the rest to me.
Thank you”
“I will never use or buy from this company again. I bought 2 x 80 euro tickets and have this voucher. I bought another ticket with another voucher. I asked for the 80 euro voucher expiry date to be pushed to January and instead they decreased the voucher thinking I bought the other ticket with the 80 euro voucher. Now I've a 40 euro voucher enough for one ticket and they took 40 euro from me. I'm battling with appalling rude customer service who will not listen even though I've a screen shot from 9th Dec of the 80 euro voucher and the other 3 ticket was bought in nov. Why would the other voucher state 80 euro if I was supposed to have bought it with that voucher. Clearly I bought the third ticket with another voucher. Anyway they took 40 euro from me. These was gifts from my partner and I. Now I'm not going at all as I've only one ticket voucher. 80 euro wasted. To go I'll have to buy another ticket and I don't trust that they will take more money.”
“I would leave 0 starts if I could. The event was canceled without letting us know. We traveled from another state to attend this event and bought tickets way in advance (September 28th). We were dismissed at the door, and there was no email about the canceled event, which would have prevented us from going. We could have canceled hotels, especially because another event was scheduled for the time and the venue, which we were told was sold out. Why could you not send an email?
Also, we were told by someone at the door that we could write an email to get reimbursed for parking, but this was not true I emailed, but I got a response that they do not reimburse for canceled events.”
