Used the service for the first time and had an issue as the tickets did not come through to my email. Checked spam, not there either. Used your live chat and received a quick response but then had to carry on the chat via email which made me concerned and nearly caused me to cancel my order. Tried first to use the 'contact us' but you have to have a ticket number; no email means no ticket number so that blocked my initial contact. All resolved quickly and efficiently in the end

Customer service I received from Peter was excellent. I emailed for a change of date for the star wars exhibition, not expecting a reply for the few days but Peter replied straight away. He sent a voucher to rebook the tickets immediately and I was able to rebook without any issues.

This was the first time I had used Fever to buy tickets and I was very impressed. I had a query and their responses were quick, helpful and friendly. The query was dealt with to my entire satisfaction. Highly recommended.

My issue has not been solved yet I was sent a mail saying it is and was asked to review. Doing this because I instantly replied saying so and haven't heard anything back for more than a day

Pedro S was excellent and really understanding, he contacted the event organisers about my problem, and kept me informed. He got back to me very quickly, and had managed to arrange a solution that means we can book new dates. Customer service at its very best.

Very disappointed as faced numerous traffic and parking issues the evening of our concert. Arrived 5 minutes early but my husband still not there...party of six including my family. Told that my husband would not be allowed in even during intermission... Very upset by the callous treatment given to me by the doorman. Very uncivil and rude with a couldn't careless attitude.... Utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. Not offered another replacement for another night....
