“A horrid experience and a really bad service from the FEVER Support Team: I paid for tickets, the event was canceled, I did not get my money back and I never received a voucher to change my ticket dates to another day.
I purchased my tickets in December 2021 for July 2022. I received an email on the same day of the event in the lines of: This is a reminder that Klimt: The Immersive Experience has been postponed for a few days, affecting today's sessions. But don’t worry: we’re here to help you select your new date and time.
Firstly it is outrageous that I receive an email advising the cancellation on the same day of the show - just a couple of hours earlier and whilst I was at the door leaving for the venue.
As per second, this has caused enough frustration as it ruined the plans of my family as we were visiting London to - among others - attend the Klimt Immersive Experience.
I've tried to reschedule, however, there was no option on my mobile app to do that.
Every time I was submitting an email through the Fever website trying to find a way to resolve the issue and manage to book tickets I was receiving an email after 24 hours:
"We're reaching out about your recent contact to the User Support team here at Fever. We would like to let you know that we are going to place this request on hold, since we have not received a response from you in the last 24 hours".
It's a real shame, I have lost roughly £50 because the event was canceled on the day I had booked and I never got either a decent reply or my money back.
If I could give minus 5 stars to FEVER support & after sales service I would!”
“I do not know of this company at all but they tried to take an unauthorize payment of $11.49 off my card this morning. I don't even know how they got my personal info but seems to be a fraud in my eyes and they need to be reported immediately!”
“Really dissapointing experience and service!! We were made to sit at the very back after paying a lot extra for premium zone B tickets because they oversold the event. We were told by staff that we would get a full refund when but this has not been honoured by customer service when we contacted them. They oversell tickets, take your money then don't refund you, scam.”
“I don't know what Fever is but they just tried charging my card $11.11 so I looked up the company and I absolutely do not have any purchases or subscriptions for that. I haven't paid for a show or event for at least a year. I don't willy nilly buy random things and forget about it.”
“Attended the Stranger Things Experience. The event was absolutely sub-par and they had completely oversold and underdelivered on the event. We were out after 1 hour and 20 minutes, which having travelled to London for the event was not great. I decided to feedback. The responses I received back were generic copy and paste responses and didn’t feel like they had listened to me at all. They ‘do not allow refunds’. Regardless, I wanted to feel like they cared that they had let us down as customers. Instead, I got copy and paste responses, and the cherry on top was that by the third copy and paste, they no longer sent ‘kind regards’, just ‘regards’. Clearly customer service is considered a waste of their time, so I wouldn’t book a Fever Event again. You’ll be fine so long as you don’t have a problem but if you have an issue, they will not care”
“Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Booked an event 4 months in advance for myself and my 6 year old boy. FEVER cancelled our tickets with less than 48 hours notice and didn’t give a reason for cancellation. I did receive a full refund, but that does not compensate for how upset and disappointed we both are. 48 hours notice is unacceptable and not enough time to try and book something else. Specifically booked a slot for half term and of course no other half term slots available to us.”
“Bought tickets for a birthday present for my brother. Had no choice but to book a late ish slot. Contacted customer service a week before the event and was told that whilst no current earlier availability, to check back later in the week as if there was an earlier slot, they would move it. Checked back today to have an incredibly rude customer services adviser called Anna say that she wouldn’t help, despite tickets being available now for an earlier slot, that her colleagues were wrong, that the chat agents couldn’t do anything anyway etc. Still going to the event as it’s a birthday gift but would never ever book again with you.”
“This is a nightmare, trying to change the times for the show I bought tickets for, now I have 4 tickets at 2 different times, can't get a simple exchange!”
“Do not support Fever sponsored events. They clearly place profit above the well being of the public. Two weeks ago we had tickets for The Stranger Things Experience in SF. The tickets are sold though FEVER. The day of the event two people on my party tested positive for COVID but displayed no symptoms. I did the right thing and kept them home and quarantined. In requesting a refund or even voucher for a future date they refused saying that’s their policy… no refunds or exchanges. This encourages people to do the wrong thing and attend the event or lose out on the value of the tickets paid. A clear sign of where this company’s priorities lie. I will not attend events sponsored by FEVER and encourage you to do the same.”
“One of the worst user experiences that I had for a long time!!!
My friend had a birthday and I’d decided to buy a Fever Candlelight Concerts Gift Card for his present. Before purchasing the card, I carefully read the description and was happy to find out that there will be a printable version of the gift card included in the confirmation email. This was important for me because I wanted to hand (physically) a card rather than to send it via email (virtually).
Unfortunately, after receiving a confirmation email I discovered that the link for printable version doesn’t work (404 page not found). I reached out to support in all possible ways including calling, emailing and live chatting. No one could help me or at least suggest some decent solution. I heard multiple times from support that I PRINT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND HAND IT AS A PRESENT, which I find insane, as I mentioned that the gift card is a birthday present.
All in all, this incident spoiled the whole birthday present for my friend.
I don’t recommend it. Taking care of your users and providing them with proper support and service is essential, which unluckily is not the case with Fever.”
“It's very important to know that Fever Entertainment operating as Fever.com, deliberately misrepresents disability wheelchair access at selected venues it sells tickets for as part of what I believe to be fraudulent ticket-selling practices. There is a good reason for all the one-star reviews here. A case in point: In their online advertisements for 2022 New York Fashion Week tickets at the Angel Orensanz Foundation at 172 Norfolk Street in New York City's Lower East Side, the email advertisement for $175 tickets clearly states that the venue is wheelchair accessible, even going as far as showing the universal wheelchair accessible logo.
But as you can also see, a representative for Fever after I requested ADA seating FIVE SEPARATE TIMES WITHOT ANY RESPONSE finally admitted in writing that the venue was COMPLETELY NON-ACCESSIBLE due to the fact it's very old and was never retrofitted to allow wheelchair users to enter. And that's exactly what the situation turned out to be when I arrived -- no wheelchair accessibility at all and all bathrooms up three flights of stairs, with no space for a wheelchair at all even in getting through the door of the restroom.
If you are even remotely considering renting the Angel Orensanz Foundation location because you think or have been told it's a hip and trendy space favored by celebrities, or if you are even remotely thinking of buying tickets from Fever, stop and think about what it means to have any attendees you know who use wheelchairs show up at that event and then discover that they can't even enter the building.”
“Booked for an exhibition, my cat was unfortunately ill and and I asked to move the time slot by a few hours. Was just a flat out no. No empathy, no resolution. Total cartel of a company and I'll NEVER use them again and urge anyone who values customer service to NOT use them either. Lack of understanding and customer service. Basically just androids that say "computer says no". Ridiculous scam artists!”
“If there was a zero rating for this, I would have chosen that. THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD. I paid $75 for a ticket for a performance that did not exist.
Day light robbery, don’t ever use this company. They replied to my email saying that the performance DID take place when it clearly had not!”
“I paid for tickets for a wine tour. This was not provided by the operator. Fever are not responding to my requests for a refund. This is a clear breach of contract and violation of consumer rights. I would advise anyone not to use Fever.”
