“Christmas eve visit was cancelled due to technical difficulties nit idea hut can't be helped.
I tried to rebook made a mess of it on Christmas eve ended up having spent £250 instead of the 99 I originally paid. My error. They were very helpful refunded my more expensive ticket and honoured the price originally paid for a more expensive date and time. All between 7pm and 11pm on Christmas eve! Well done on your excellent service!”
“We were unable to attend an event today due to my little boy being unwell. Fever were so helpful and have provided vouchers so we can attend when he has recovered.”
“This app is appalling. Nothing short of customer theft. I booked two tickets for the Van Gogh experience and had no option but to use the app. When I tried to move the ticket time my original booking was cancelled and only one ticket confirmed. Thereafter they cancelled the rending ticket and inspite of reassuring me that I would have replacement vouchers none have berm received. Do it use.”
“I bought tickets months ago for an event and they told me as I was pulling in, that the event was canceled. I was told by Fever, I have to now pay extra money to reschedule. This is completely unacceptable.”
“Disappointed! I had to change my booking date for the Jurassic exhibition in London due to train strikes and not being able to travel.
I was charged another £10 booking fee to change the date after I've already paid the booking fee the first time. I do not think it is fair as the train strikes are out of my control...which means you're making £10 from each family that has to rebook due to train strikes which I'm sure there were quite a few!”
“They stole my MONEY!!!
The show that I was supposed to attend was cancelled during COVID pandemic. From then to now, I didn’t found a show that interested me so I didn’t have the opportunity to use the VOUCHER that was created during the pandemic. The money stayed with Fever and I didn't watch the show that piqued my interest. SCAMMERS!!! Stay away!”
“It took Fever 36 hours to respond to my request to change the entry time of my ticket. The e-mail arrived 9 minutes (!) before my requested entry time saying "Please let us know you want the voucher before the experience starts, as we can’t cancel tickets for past experiences."
In short, lousy customer service!”
“It was very underwhelming
They clearly have a great marketing team because this event looked incredible online. In reality it was like going to your child’s school play in a village hall.
it was very basic.
You couldn’t see anything.
They put candles down around the sides of chairs and by the windows and it looked pathetic. Didn’t have the candle lit vibe they advertised.
The ‘bar’ was a small table with only a few options.
I wouldn’t recommend.
The pianist was incredible but the show was terrible. I’d suggest going to see the pianist play rather than going to this event.”
“I booked to attend the "Old but Gold: 360° Cocktail Party" on the evening of Saturday 15th October with a friend who was back in London from Madrid. When we arrived, the gentlemen on the door were friendly and we were excited to attend the event. However, we were shown into the room where the event was to happen which consisted of a mostly bare room with just some tables in an L shape at one side of it.
Firstly, our two seats were not together, so we had to ask that we be seated together. The music was all over the place - not going through decade by decade, but random tunes which did not, for the most part, match the images that were projected onto the walls. There was no atmosphere at the event at all, despite the feeble efforts of a man shouting into a microphone over the music which was playing at a fairly low level.
The cocktails were stated to contain spirits, but were exceedingly weak with just a tiny hint of alcohol, and were clearly made up mainly of syrup. We even checked with one of the staff that they did, in fact, contain alcohol, and he confirmed they did, which was also pretty insulting as it was clear the alcohol content was minimal. The cocktails were a joke, particularly given the price we paid for each ticket.
This could have been an amazing event, and my friend and I were expecting a fun, lively, high quality - in your words "immersive" - experience. What we got was beyond budget, disappointing and a rip off, verging on fraud, frankly, given the "cocktails" that were served.
It is absolutely outrageous that this event was advertised as an event that promised to "transport you through the highs and lows of life, the music and earth-shattering events from the 70’s to the nillies. Everything around you becomes a moving canvas during this journey through time. Sit back and submerge your senses as we serve you a carefully curated cocktail that fits each decade perfectly." It delivered none of this. We wrote to fever asking for a refund for the £52 per ticket we bought as the event was poor and the "cocktails" that were promised were a total rip off. The response was an insincere apology and an offer of attending another event run by Fever, which is the last thing I want to waste my time or money on.”
“Absolutely disgusted in the company FEVER. We made a special trip to London to get to the front door and be told it was cancelled due to a power cut. This is totally understandable and something that is out of the companies control, however, the way the issue has been handled by the company FEVER is shocking. We were told to rebook a different day but when trying to do that incurred an extra booking fee to which we had to really argue about not paying. There has been no offer to help with travel expenses, instead a voucher of £35 to be spent at another FEVER event. This does not cover our travel nor does it show any care from this company. I am absolutely gutted and really disappointed to see such a big company not looking after their customers. Needless to say I will be avoiding this company like the plague in the future and would warn others to do the same! I'm not the type to complain but feel VERY strongly about this!”
“EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the ticket company FEVER. After booking the experience for my sister's birthday we got to the day of the experience only to find out that due to power failure it was closed. We were informed that an email had been sent out, bearing in mind we left to travel to London at 11.00 in the morning, we received said email at 2.30 when we had already arrived in London. I understand that things like this happen, however FEVER have been terrible in their customer service since the event, we have had to fight to rebook and only just managed to persuade the company to wave the extra booking fee they wanted to charge us in order to do this. As a result we have been left out of pocket as the company would not compensate us for the train tickets (this is all we were asking for, we were happy to wave the fact that we had taken time off of work, arranged child care etc).
I WOULD ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO AVOID BOOKING WITH FEVER, THIS IS A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT LOOK AFTER ITS CUSTOMERS.”
“Pretty awful experience at stranger things Brooklyn event. They tell you to come early to just wait in lines, suffer through underwhelming actors to be dumped in an overpriced merch room. Beware”
