“The customer service I received before making the purchase, was one of a kind. The fever team have gone above and beyond on their accessibility and helping me throughout my experience. I had some trouble with my navigation and transport getting to the venue, that I missed my 6:30 booking. Luckily they had a few spots left and places that I could be, and I was put close to where I had initially booked. The venue staff and the security were very kind and accommodating. The show was outstanding and an exceptional evening, I would highly recommend not to listen to any reviews or videos before seeing the London Quartet group.
