Fantastic! A super fast response and resolved issue when I realised I had booked on a wrong date. Luis was extremely helpful - I have never had an issue resolved so quickly before. Thankyou so much Fever!!!

I wanted to change the date of my ticket due to illness and this was immediately offered, which is great, however the only way to do this was to cancel ALL tickets associated with my booking which I couldn't do, as the people I was going with could still make the event, and couldnt change their dates. Surely there should be a way to cancel just part of a booking. Very disappointing- I can't go and I've lost the money! Definitely something to be aware of if you're booking tickets for more than just yourself!

Amazing! The response was really fast and super helpful! We wanted to change the date of our tickets due to our dog having had an operation. Not only did we get a voucher to reschedule, we even got a 'get well soon' for our dog. Really lovely people 🥰

Excellent service and very prompt action! Our trip was cancelled ( train issues) , on the morning of our planned visit . A voucher was issued to us straight away so we could rebook. Thank you so much for your efficiency and care !
