What a brilliant service from fever. I accidentally booked the wrong date and in 2 e-mails they sorted it out, issued me a voucher so I could rebook the date I wanted! đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź

I have a problem which as stopped us attending a concert that we wanted to go to. They came up with a solution that as solved the situation. We are really pleased and will book again thank you best regards stay safe

I booked my ticket for the Van Gogh immersive experience on Fever and it was straightforward. The tickets were saved and retrievable. I then needed to change the date of my visits and when I did so, there was a problem and I couldn’t rebook using my credit, so I contacted Fever by phone which was great and Katherine answered immediately and worked with me to solve my problem. It was brilliant being able to speak to someone which is unusual nowadays and she was fantastic. Thank you Katherine! I would book with Fever again knowing that in person support is there.

I made an error with my booking date and the customer service team dealt with my request very swiftly and efficiently, I received an initial response within the hour and then after supplying further information, a reply within 10 minutes. Allowing me to rebook with a voucher provided. This was easy and quick to do via the app. I am very pleased with the service provided and would happily book via Fever again.
