Expected the usual 1 or 2 day wait for a reply that I'd experienced with most other sites, instead they got back to me within the hour. Although they were completely within their rights to refuse to issue a refund voucher they orgnised it straight away. Amazed and very pleased!”
“Something went wrong with the signal in the area and so I lost my one time view ticket. Fever was very quick to respond and a couple days later checked in on me to see if I managed to get my ticket. Unfortunately I was not able to so they gave me a voucher of the same value.
