Prompt response and resolved my issue very quickly

Absolutely brilliant service. Had to cancel a ticket at the very last moment so emailed Fever. Expected the usual 1 or 2 day wait for a reply that I'd experienced with most other sites, instead they got back to me within the hour. Although they were completely within their rights to refuse to issue a refund voucher they orgnised it straight away. Amazed and very pleased!

Something went wrong with the signal in the area and so I lost my one time view ticket. Fever was very quick to respond and a couple days later checked in on me to see if I managed to get my ticket. Unfortunately I was not able to so they gave me a voucher of the same value. Overall I am very happy with the out and the very quick turn over

Had to change the date of my tickets. Fever responded really quickly and arranged a voucher I can use anytime.

Contacted them to rearrange timing and they were very speedy in response, accommodating and friendly. Issue resolved in a matter of seconds and good communication. Very happy with service

Aside from a few slight confusions with the way the app is set up. Especially when it came to booking. The customer support team were extremely helpful when it came to rescheduling my booking to the Dali Exhibit. Really appreciate their time, Luiz Especially! He was extremely helpful when it came to the voucher situation. He was kind enough to share with me a step by step pictorial guide with how to use the voucher. Definitely alot of credit to him. But they were definitely helpful for the most part and appreciate the support.
