I wrote to Fever about tickets misunderstandings and Janice replied immediately rectifying the problem with aplomb and swift action. Everything was resolved into a highly satisfactory conclusion. My friend and I had a brilliant time today and we told everyone on the train home about the experience. I’ve been to many art exhibitions and I’ve never been to such an interactive experience ever. It’s a must see - you will not be disappointed- just do it, I can’t tell you too much as I would spoil it for you. It’s a must see!

I needed to change my tickets due to a family bereavement. I started a live chat to enquire about the situation and if anything could be done. The support I received was fantastic and it was resolved within an hour.

Found it hard booking my carers ticket, as my husband doesn’t always appreciate this music. I do and he doesn’t have to pay, these people help me to make sure he helps as I’m a wheelchair user, thank you so much.

BEWARE. They will take your money and then if you need help they will not actually listen to you. Even when it is CLEAR it is 10000% their mistake they will just copy and paste over and over that they are sorry for the inconvenience. But they're not sorry, they don't care. It's truly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried to get help multiple times. I never write reviews but I'm only writing this one because I hope someone else doesn't experience this. DO NOT Give them your $$$$$.
