“I wrote to Fever about tickets misunderstandings and Janice replied immediately rectifying the problem with aplomb and swift action. Everything was resolved into a highly satisfactory conclusion. My friend and I had a brilliant time today and we told everyone on the train home about the experience. I’ve been to many art exhibitions and I’ve never been to such an interactive experience ever. It’s a must see - you will not be disappointed- just do it, I can’t tell you too much as I would spoil it for you. It’s a must see!”

“BEWARE. They will take your money and then if you need help they will not actually listen to you. Even when it is CLEAR it is 10000% their mistake they will just copy and paste over and over that they are sorry for the inconvenience. But they're not sorry, they don't care. It's truly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried to get help multiple times.
