I booked tickets for the wrong night but thankfully they responded quickly to my query and cancelled the original tickets, offered me exchange vouchers . Which meant I could then go back and book the venue for the correct night. All sorted within 15 minutes.

“After purchasing 2 tickets for the Friends Experience got charged 46.00 on Groupon. It gave me a redemption code to finish my transaction on the Fever website. The fever website charged an additional 30.00. I’ve been back and forth with several Fever employees and they refuse to give me a refund !!!! Clearly they overcharged!! This is frustrating!!”
