So I posted reviews here. They responded, asked me to email them to resolve this. I did. STILL THEY KEEP SPAMMING ME. Do NOT buy tickets from these creeps. They will NOT respect your data. “The Fever team at the venue in Manchester supported me a lot by preparing a marriage proposal in the frame of a candlelight concert in the Manchester Cathedral. They were so nice, kind and helpful and contributed to an unforgettable evening for me and my fiancée! I‘m so thankful!”
“I had an unusual seating request as the Fever site offered a category D seat but it didn’t show on the accompanying concert seating plan. It took time to resolve but resolved it was.

“Having recently joined Fever and enjoyed two previous Candlelight concerts, I purchased two premium tickets for my fiancee and for the 'Candlelight: Christmas Films’ concert in Exeter; however, along with another couple with the exact tickets, none of us could be seated in the premium zone as no seats were available, so we were seated in zone A.
Somewhat disappointed, I requested a refund or credit for the £18 difference in price. After a rather long four weeks, I received an email from Abigail C., who apologised with sincerity - a rare example of good customer service - and received a £20 credit to my Fever account.”
“Fever cancelled our candlelight event and offered instructions on how to get a refund, but never refunded! After three letters, I’m still waiting for $133.00 in refund. Never again! Don’t purchase tickets from this company.”

They send tickets out with incorrect dates and are extremely unwilling to help and unflexible. Do not purchase with this company without fully checking confirmation emails as soon as you get them.”

“Whilst we appreciated the hard attempts by the quartet, the sound at the event was unacceptably bad. It not only affected the experience during the performance of each song, but more so hugely impacted the context, narrated by the lead percussionist. We couldn’t hear a word she was saying, it sounded like we were in a stadium!! Everyone around us was as equally frustrated by the experience.
We spent £150 on a something that in all honesty, ruined the start of our Christmas festivities that weekend.
I was advised to email in my complaint, to what I can only explain is the worst customer service. They reply with automated solutions but after a fair few attempts, a human replied offering a £15 voucher to compensate. After the experience and awful customer service, I do not wish to use Fever ever again…
I have lots of videos of just how bad the experience was, which I’m happy to share with anyone interested, seeing as Fever won’t take my complaint seriously.”
“The customer service is terrible. The response time is very poor and concerning. Do not purchase tickets unless you are absolutely sure you will attend the event because their “flexible cancellation” policy is the most frustrating process you will encounter. They will conveniently respond to later email requests. When you request that they call you instead of email, you will receive more emails and no call. As another review stated, they do not respond to these requests immediately - almost 48 hours later. I’m disappointed and unfortunately I will never attend an event supported by this company.”
