“Glitter didn’t arrive in time. Later told my address didn’t transpose and that they don’t complete manual checks. All very poor. Not offered a refund and very dismissive of the problem, which is all down to their technology not taking the right data at the right point. Will not use again.”

Hi Chris Thanks for your review. We have already spoken about this. You simply gave your address as "Flat 4, London". We did then send you a confirmation email with your delivery address in it. This is why it didn't arrive. We process hundreds of orders a day and we don't manually read every address to see if they look correct. It is your responsibility to enter your address details correctly so that your order would arrive. Jason
