“After taking over an old building we needed to quickly ascertain whether or not the onsite water supply and outlets were safe for our staff. We made contact with Feedwater and they visited the site almost straight away. They took smaples and returned a clean bill of health and certificates very quickly. They arrived on time, were quick on site and were efficient producing the results and providing us with advice. I was very impressed with them.”

“Warwick Chemicals has been using Feedwater as our service provider for Legionella Protection for some considerable time now. We have made use of most of the services that Feedwater offer, from staff training about legionella, the weekly management of water sampling and analysis to the installation and management of specialised dosing systems. Throughout this time we have found that the service provided by the Feedwater staff has always been to a high standard. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted a company to support and assist with any water treatment problems.”

“Overal the company supplies a good service to the 5 Metre Wind Tunnel part of the Qinetiq organisation. There are some minor issues one of which is chemical delivery ocasionally being cut fine on timing. Weekly monitoring addendance is always good and we are kept informed of any changes in timings of visits. Special requests and urgent requirements are always dealt with promptly. As a whole very few complaints and would hope to continue using Feedwater in the future. W. T. Mitchell”

“I have worked in this field for many years and have found Feedwater staff at all levels of the company to be knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and approachable. Our condenser is apparently pointed out to others as quite literally ‘a shining example’ of how condensers should be; this is in no small part to the personnel at Feedwater.”
