“The shirt I bought was fine. The service was awful. I have spent a lot of money over the last few years with FLAB and never had a problem but you can only judge customer service by what they do when things go wrong. I ordered 52 shirt and, somehow, a 36 arrived. Not only did I have to pay my own postage to return it but also they want 14 days after they receive the return to send you the right one. Add to that, the previous jersey I bought from FLAB literally fell apart and I had to get the local sewing shop to restitch it, I am done with FLAB”

I'm really sorry that our customer service hasn’t met your expectations this time. I took a quick look at your original order confirmation, and it seems like the size selected was 36 instead of 52—these things happen!
I also completely understand that waiting for a return to process can be frustrating. While our returns typically take up to 14 days, we do our best to handle them as quickly as possible.

“Sizing difficult to understand and inconsistent. Even with measurements was some guesswork. The original article that did for was very nice though.
Not much reflective points on outer clothing, which is unusual for cycling gear. Fine during the day in summer but less useful at night in the winter.
Biggest issue was returns process though. Cost me 12 euro to send the original gillet back to the UK. This replacement had incorrect import documentation was was returned to the UK. This means that nearly 2 months after my original order I am still missing the item.
This is not a good look and I'm disappointed with FLAB.
I might or might not buy again. The other party of the order I did get was decent quality but I don't want to go through the guesswork on sizing again.”
“The undershorts had an odd shaped pad that was uncomfortable, didn’t like the fabric of the cycling jersey, also pattern not very flattering have returned both. Not very happy that you deduct your postage when we have to pay for return. Therefore won’t be looking to purchase anything else due to the expense of return.”
“Looks really nice but pulling them up my finger went through the material. Sent photos etc now they want me to return the product for a further inspection at my cost. Have to much going on in my life to be bothered with this so I've emailed them to say so. No reply.”
We generally respond to all emails within the day but sometimes it can take unto 24 business hours. I am sorry that you think it unreasonable for us not to respond to you within the 5 hour window you gave us, before posting this review.
The fabric is a substantial, premium super roubaix of considerable weight and thickness and it is simply not possible to put your finger through it.
The initial photos you sent of the item were blurred and of poor quality meaning that we were unable to see the issue, this is why we requested that you send the item to us so that we could try to understand what has happened to it.
I am sorry that you are unable to return this item to us for inspection - we try to resolve all genuine issues with our products fairly and in the customers favour but we do need cooperation from the customer in order to do this.

I am sorry that you have been disappointed. This sounds like a fit issue. As a rule our gear is very long in the body so this feedback is unusual. We are always on hand to help with sizing and fit and can usually solve most fit issues with a few photographs and some logical thinking.
“Great product but terrible delivery service. No way of tracking delivery. Ordered 4th June and now 9th July and no delivery and no way of tracking...very frustrating!!”
Sorry about the trouble we had with delivering this order. We were badly let down by our courier and are no longer using that provider.
Our standard delivery time to New Zealand is now 1-2 weeks with Royal Mail. An expedited shipping option is also available however I am aware that this might be price prohibitive.
We did send out a replacement order to the alternative address which you gave us and this was delivered on the 13th July.

We do not offer free delivery and returns. There is no such thing as FREE - the costs are hidden in garment prices. If we were to adopt this system, in the long run we think that this would work out more expensive for customers. We are a small business and do not have the huge volumes required to be able to negotiate preferential rates with courier companies. We are transparent about delivery costs and already subsidise postage to customers but we have to pass on costs to customers.
It takes up to 2 weeks to process returns - this information is included in our T&C's.
“Ok jersey but the zipper cover at the neck would get caught in the zipper every single time and get jammed, so I returned the jersey for a refund. Compared to other manufactures the design was a bit 'old man' too. I'm overweight and 50+, and the jersey made me look it!”

“I was very disappointed with the fit of the ladies cycling top, and equally disappointed with the fabric. The socks cotton used is far too loose which make the socks slip down. Overall, for the price and fit, I would not ordered this again and am not sure that I will wear this cycling top and socks agian. Upset that this was a huge waste of money.”

It takes upto 14 days for us to process returns. Return items are checked to make sure that they haven't been worn and thattags are still attached.
