“Well here's a thing. Ordered some new undercrackers. Fitted great and comfy as the other pair did.
Ordered a nithered skull cap as well. When it arrived it had no edging to it. Fitted just fine though and also comfy and fitted under my cycling helmet really well.
The next day I got an email from fat lad saying that I wasn't being charged for the skull cap as it wasn't finished properly.
So full marks to fat lad for bringing something to my attention that I didn't realise was a problem and also for refunding the money.
I'm still wearing the skull cap btw and it still fits just fine.”

“My experience was good. I received the goods on time, but unfortunately I did not think they were value for money and I returned them for a refund. This was processed with excellent speed and I have the monies back in my account.
I have since bought an endura jacket and gore bib. These feel better quality and are about the same price.
In short the experience was good, but the goods were not what I expected for the cost

In terms of pricing i just wanted to reiterate that we only use ethical European factories and of course also because we're a relatively small company that will tend to make us slightly more expensive than the bigger companies. “Emailed the company requesting sizing help. They were prompt and really helpful in recommending a size for me once I’d provided my measurements. The trisuit I bought from them was perfect fit and was fab to wear for my first super sprint triathlon last weekend!!! For any woman who dare to have curves and goodness forbid enjoyed sport (a huge number of us are not catered for and ‘XXXXL’ is hardly an inclusive or accepting label), this company is a must. I shall be returning to them for more cycling gear for sure.”
Hi Kerry, thanks so much for the reviews! We're thrilled the fit was so good and massive congrats on your first sprint triathlon, that's awesome. The FLAB tri-suit seems to have helped an awful lot of people 'with curves' finally feel confident enough to try triathlons given by the reviews and emails we receive. Yes a sports bra will be a must - it would be way too complicated for us production wise to include bra sizings support within so we thought this was the best option.

“I learned about this brand on a tall girl forum. Tall woman face two issues for clothes, length and we are proportionally larger all over. I am 6ft 2inches and I now own 3 tops and all fit great. Sleeves are long and the tops fit appropriately all over. Also I love that they are stylish and the color blocking is very flattering. So happy that I no longer have to just settle for gear that fits but it also makes me look good plus I actually like it.”
Hi Gail, great news that you found us. We purposefully revised the manufacturing templates to allow for taller people too. We have a horror of gaps between jacket and shorts! Thrilled you're sorted and also that you like the Aztec so much.

“I am in two minds about the jacket which is why I waited for a couple of cycles before writing the review. Great quality and say what it does, it is definitely wind proof and shower proof, seams are bound Etc. I absolutely love the design feminine but not pink! I have also never found another jacket that fits so well across the shoulders chest, waist and hips (mainly because I had to buy mens wear before for the size).
The only thing holding me back from a five star rating is that that jacket does not take into account a woman’s ample behind and therefore, when I am cycling the jacket leaves the rear exposed not too draftie with thermal leggings but it means the jacket has nothing to hook over so rides up to my waist though my cycle.”

“I met founder Richard B at an expo in Manchester some years ago where FLAB had a stand.
He talked me through the FLAB philosophy and products and I left loaded up with gear.
It came time for a top up. I’m an endurance open water swimmer who also rides so the normal cycle brands run out of “x’s” before accepting I’m not for them.
FLAB was again a perfect fit. Powered by Pie is a great concept, though I was torn between that and cake!
