“My first time shopping with Fat Buddha Store and I picked up an excellently priced, excellent quality Deus keyring for my motorbike key! The shipping arrived a day earlier than planned and it had all the presentation and quality that I'd expect from the big high street names. I'll happily be shopping with them again. Excellent experience. Happy customer.”

“Excellent service and quick dispatch. I ordered a spray can of marble effect paint which was great when used for the first time however when I tried to use it for the second time the nozzle split causing the paint to go everywhere. Bit disappointing tho probably a fault by the manufacturer than any sabotage by Fat Buddha. Ordered a replacement rather than go through the rigmarole of complaining.”

“This was a first-time purchase from this store of, relatively hard to find in UK, Kleman shoes. The photos and description were clear and the ordering process was simple and secure. Dispatch was prompt & secure and the parcel arrived well-packed. A straightforward purchase and this family business store proved you get can get good service from a small independent. Will be purchasing from them again, if they continue to stock brands like Kleman and consider other French brands like Vetra or Le Labororeur.”

“Ordered some Danner boots from the website. Delivery was next day with regular email updates. Boots arrived with a thank you note and bag of sweets which was a nice touch! Unfortunately, the boots didn't fit so had to send them back along with the sweets (my daughter wasn't happy!) Returns process was easy enough.”
