“I didn't pay taxes for my parcel that was shipped to Lithuania, cuz the amount of taxes was too big relative to the cost of the parcel. I expected that I'll be recharged my money minus the cost of courier services. But it's about three months have passed and still no money received. I've written to FBS team three times but there was no response. Besides, it was unclear to me from the information page of the site that the terms of delivery described refer to delivery within the UK only.”

“They had the Redwing boots I wanted at a great price with their discount code. Boots arrived next day happy to see they were bubble wrapped (which doesn't happen that much now and I always hate getting bashed up boxes) and a little bag of sweeties which was a lovely touch. Very happy and will use you guys again without hesitation 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻”

“Fantastic service and products, I have ordered in the past from Fat Buddha Store and you would be very hard pushed to find better service. I would much rather purchase from a small family run business like this over a large company any day, you receive far better quality of service and you can phone them! Not like big company’s where you have no option to phone or just online chat (with a computer) or email where you get a reply a week later. Thanks again”

“I reviewed this company last week after receiving an excellent pair of Blundstone vegan boots, very quickly and efficiently dispatched. I did however express concern over what appeared to be single use bubble wrap in FB’s packaging and shortly received a polite response from Leslie Docherty who explained that FB only use plastic wrap that they have recycled from stuff sent to them. I was happy to accept this assurance and therefore was wrong to have accused them of using single use plastic. Also very pleased to hear that FB is expecting to be certified as net zero this summer. This, therefore seems an efficient and impressive company that I would be happy to use again. Best wishes,FB!”
