“I would have given a 5 star review, as the experience and speed was great. But I could not ignore the size of the packaging used for a small pair of laces (which are also great btw). Loved your company but please don’t do this.”

“I usually don’t give bad reviews, but in this case and despite I think the store is great, be aware if you order from outside the UK. I am from Mexico and have been waiting a month and a half and haven’t received it, I have not had a resolution from the store. The main problem is that I was offered shipping service with DHL, that’s why I decided to purchase here in the first place, but the reality is that my order was shipped with an unknown company to me, Interparcel. It has been a complete nightmare, nobody knows, or they don’t tell me, what is going on, I have not received my products, the money has gone and little or null response from the store and the 3 carriers that at this point have been involved in the transportation of my order. I was tricked with the shipping method and now nobody answers. I feel I was scammed and I have proof I was lied about it. So be aware.”
