“It was easy to order and products arrived on time with a tracking update. I initially went for this site because of the free delivery over £50 but I didn't realise that this excluded aerosols (I was buying spray paints) so it wasn't till I got to the checkout that I couldn't see the option for free delivery but I'd come so far that I proceeded anyway and reduced my basket as a result.”

“It is about to be a whole month and i still haven’t gotten my shoes, I purchased my sauconys May 4th and still haven’t received them. I have set up for Delivery notifications but i have not received any since my day of purchase. I am very upset and dissatisfied with the lack of communication and timeliness of my purchase.”
