We had an external drainage issue that neither the local authority nor a supposedly reputable company could solve for us especially with them turning up when it was wet and dark! Called FastFix and even though they were fully booked Kimberly was able to offer an out of hours slot to help us out! Super empathetic and reassuring that the problem could be found and sorted! Jack then arrived the same day and carried out several investigations including adjoining properties!
