“The man who came to service mums boiler, was really helpful,he even turned off radiators for her, which she asked him to do,as she couldn’t turn them off. Mum gets very nervous around strangers she’s 85 and lives on her own,but she felt comfortable enough to ask him a favour,he really was a great guy,thankyou so much,for sending someone who was so understanding,she is now talking about possibly getting some radiators removed and new 1s put in place,also where her heating system has been in for such along time,on some of her radiators need thermostats,I’m not sure if you do this type of work and if so there’s a possibility she might like a quote,but I obviously need to talk to her about this.. “If I could give 6 stars I would! Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had an external drainage issue that neither the local authority nor a supposedly reputable company could solve for us especially with them turning up when it was wet and dark! Called FastFix and even though they were fully booked Kimberly was able to offer an out of hours slot to help us out! Super empathetic and reassuring that the problem could be found and sorted! Jack then arrived the same day and carried out several investigations including adjoining properties! He found and fixed the problem with a high power blast on a drain that we’d been told was out of commission! Great guy too! We’d highly recommend FastFix for all your plumbing problems!”
