Within the initial investigation thorough testing was done to rule out possible sources and then identified the source and even managed to repair it on the day.

“After the initial visit the “fix” failed but was explained by your staff you were adhering to the insurance company instructions. Unfortunately grit and gravel had entered the water pipe system thus us having to engage a local firm of plumbers to restore hot water etc. Because the “fix” failed you had to wait for instructions, a large hole was left in our patio. This is in the front of the bungalow basically a very dangerous health & safety hazard. Your crew returned after a week and made good the hazardous hole and were still awaiting instructions from the insurers. This eventually was forthcoming and arrangements were made to undertake a complete new line from the main, unfortunately you were unable to undertake the work on the agreed date as your compressor had failed and a week later convenient to both parties the work commenced.
Am pleased to say the work undertaken is satisfactory and the crew that undertook the work were very conscious of not causing any damage. They did not and we are grateful to them. We are having to have the local plumbers revisit us as the toilets (3) are still slightly running and shows up on the water meter. Please note regardless of the issues encountered we have rated your company as five stars purely because of the first crews endeavours and the work carried out by the second crew.”
