“Absolutely shocking, took 6 weeks to deliver order, which was incorrect and still not resolved 4 weeks later. Total order duration 10+ weeks and caused delays on site, multiple phone calls and frustration. Would never use again. AWFUL!”

“Was pleased with the guttering parts ordered. Unfortunately when the parts were delivered they were the wrong colour which caused a delay in getting the job done but after a phone call or two the order was resent in the right colour. Anyone can have an off day and things were quickly sorted by helpful staff.”

“Quality panel polycarbonate is really bad the edges had a cracked, and the tape supplied is too short not enough for the required size. Not really recommended to my friend or any buyer because the services.”

“The product is good. It was delivered right on time to mu greatest surprise. However, I was expecting that the door itself would have been a bit more thicker. I guess there are other models within the range that come like that. However, installation was easy if you follow the manual. Try not to rip it while opening the box though.”

“There was no communication reference delivery, however did turn up earlier than said, luckily I was on site. Two bits of the facia were damaged badly, but were able to use as these were on Parts I didn’t need.”

“I was pleased to receive part of my order the next day after placing my order for a carport After seeing the delivery driver throwing boxes around in the van and keep swearing i inspected the parts that one the 16 feet fascia looked like it had been dragged along the floor I hop it is a bit longer than I need and the half inch damage will be cut out a bit of card on end would protect it. I hope I get better service when car port is delivered”
