“The delivery was very quick. Very good! Would have been good service but unfortunately I ordered round gutter clips and you sent square which do not fit. I had to go and buy some round clips at additional expense in order to get the job done. Sadly these are the wrong colour but I needed to finish the job. I called your sales department at 15:15 hrs on Friday to inform them but the phone was not answewed.. Presumably off to the pub for an early weekend drink. I would be grateful if you would refund the cost of the six clips which will offset my additional expense. Your £17:00 delivery was a bit steep but worth it I for the fast delivery and carriage of long items. I may still use you again. Regards Alan Richardson”
