“Fascia.com were excellent. They were let down by poor courier service by Tuffnells - didn't arrive when they said, When the order did arrive one package was missing (apparently put on the wrong lorry!!). Also, the bitumen roofing arrived with one of the corrugated sheets damaged at one end. The bits were not in the packaging so must've been done at their warehouse. Hopefully it will be covered by another overlapping sheet.”

“Good price but had hassle with delivery company and items turned up damaged, didn’t notice the damage until I hand cut the fascia. If I wasn’t on a deadline I would of requested replacements.”

“Item as ordered on-line and sent/delivered lightning fast. BUT ridiculous P&P charge that I had to accept. One drain pipe clip (cost £0.82 inc VAT) in jiffy-type bag weighed a total of 52gms. Delivery cost £4.98 inc VAT. Check-out process said delivery charge would be calculated on weight. Algorithm needs looking at. Will not use this site again but will try harder to locate a source with more acceptable P&P.”

“Great service from beginning to delivery. I phoned prior to order and got all the information I needed for l my French doors. Only a few weeks for order I wasn’t in a hurry. The French door were delivered to the spec that I asked for. Good quality locks, toughed glass and pvc feels strong in dark grey and long lasting. Happy with product and competitive pricing”

“Just couldn't believe it ! Ordered at around 4:45 Thurs 28th Feb it arrived at 10 ish on the first March. Amazing service. Trouble is I gotta get on wth it now (ha ha !). Great service.”
