“I ordered an engraved tankard as a leaving present for a colleague. Ordering was easy and the item was shipped same day. Nice tankard, engraved as requested, and was well received. It would have been nice if there was an option to drop the font size for the engraving to squeeze a few more words in, but there may well be technical reasons why not. Otherwise highly recommended service.”

“Fantastic customer services. Beautiful Sabatier knife block and stunning knives. I had an issue with the knife block which Farrar and Tanner immediately rectified. Even with the postal strikes, the company shupped via my original courier method. Absolutely brilliant. I didn't expect it to be rectified so quickly and it was. Very impressed. We will be shopping with Farrar and Tanner again, for sure and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company or the products. High end products at competitive prices with high end customer services. Refreshing.”
