“Fantastic customer services. Beautiful Sabatier knife block and stunning knives. I had an issue with the knife block which Farrar and Tanner immediately rectified. Even with the postal strikes, the company shupped via my original courier method. Absolutely brilliant. I didn't expect it to be rectified so quickly and it was. Very impressed. We will be shopping with Farrar and Tanner again, for sure and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company or the products. High end products at competitive prices with high end customer services. Refreshing.”

“An excellent service. Ordered a pewter and glass whisky tumbler as a last minute thought for my husbands birthday. It arrived the next day and he was delighted with it. He likes anything pewter. I only wished I had it engraved but was restricted to 8 characters and my message was too long. However, with more time to think I could have done the 8 characters. This was my only regret but it makes a lovely gift. Thank you.”

“I ordered the Farrer & Tanner multi blade pen knife for my brother as a going away gift to the army. He was absolutely over the moon with it, and loved the inscription I had arranged to be put into it. Brilliant service and excellent cost will purchase from Farrar & Tanner again”

“First off, I was worried it may have not have made it to me in one piece. But the extra care taken to package the item safely which was great. I loved the fact when I read the picking/packing note that it had been hand signed by the separate people that did it. Which was a nice touch as its a special item. This glass is for my first year anniversary with my partner, absolutely beautiful! Exceeded expectations!! The colouring in the crystal is stunning! Definitely recommend! As well as I would recommend for the customer service standards they deliver.”
